need a little advice

i'm going to try using adequan for some issues i've been having with my shoulder joint and several vertebrae - i've tried everything else (EFA, MSM, glucosamine, chondroitin) - nothing seems to work

my question is this:
what should i buy, the canine kind or the equine kind?

they are both the same price and amount

and what dosage should be followed? - the canine or the equine?

thanks

also they sell an intra-articular variety - but how do you go about injecting into your joint capsule - sounds pretty painful also

All the formulations are identical except that the canine vials contain a preservative to allow the vial to be mult-use. I believe the intra-articular vial is 1mL at 500mg/mL, where the other 2 are 5mL of 100mg/mL. I used the canine. I don't see any benefit to doing it IA, when you can just shoot IM repeatedly and gain benefits at all joint sites.
