Adex is not effective getting rid of water retention?

I'm saying if the leanest you've ever been is like 10% body fat then you're speaking from what you've read vs what you've experienced first hand.

Getting from 15% to 6% is definitely doable without taking estrogen below the normal reference range

So when people run a shit load of anabolics. they do not have a recomp?

its not common sense because it isn't correct.

AAS increase sodium sensitivity and cause water retention through multiple pathways. e2 is one of them.

Instead of taking a simple diuretic because you ate a bunch of shit food, you decided to crash your e2. Now you are wondering why your body looks like shit.

Now you have water retention from the shit food, your muscles are flat, and you feel like shit because your e2 is gone.

You are arguing with some of the more knowledgeable members here. I consider myself pretty average. and you think you are right. you are the one experiencing shit symptoms.

You clearly have no common sense.
Okay so say I kept my diet low carb and clean. That won’t help any water retention associated with a large dose like 500mgs of test. An ai is still needed regardless. And from what I learned water retention cannot happen with crashed estrogen.

What you learned is incorrect. Water retention that is purely caused by high estrogen cannot happen with crashed estrogen. However other things can cause water retention when estrogen is low.

who says you cant retain sodium from a crashed estrogen?

do you know what angiotensin is?

Are you telling me that people cant cut on high doses of test? cause I sure as hell recomped on 600 test and 600 mast.

muscles can be blurred because of sodium retention, e2 related retention, and most commonly fat.

Are you over 15% bodyfat? then water rention is least of your problems.

I barely notice a physique different from water retention at 15% bodyfat. I may feel like shit from all the water.

What about insulin sensitivity in the long term? Fat loss is going to be much more difficult in that aspect if an ai isn’t implemented.

Just how fat of a starting point are you talking?

And no one is saying you can't use an AI. I am saying that high dose test, and e2 brought into a healthy range whether that be by an ai or something like primo will allow for a very low body fat level to be achieved. E2 does not need to be crashed

Insulin sensitivity will improve while dieting down, even while in the presence of say, 800mg test.

Arimidex is not a diuretic.

Arimidex will only stop water retention if the water retention is being caused by estrogen that was created by excess aromitization.

Many other conditions cause water retention.

Okay so this is starting to make sense. I remember when I first started my blast without ai I felt great and looked pumped and leaner. That was until one day I decided to go all out eating 8k calories of the worst food. I took an ai hoping the water would dissipate the next day but it only made things worse. I looked and felt like shit. The water took almost a week to go away as I didn’t lower my carb or sodium intake.

So if this water retention is really from crappy food, what would be the fastest way to get rid of it?

Clean up your diet, drink plenty of water, train hard for a few days (not excessive just normal) and get as much quality sleep as possible.

The bigger issue you have right now is getting your estrogen back up

Thank you. Should I keep both carbs and sodium low?
As for estrogen, I figure since I took arimidex I should be able to get back to normal by the end of this week. Hopefully the 500mgs of masteron won’t interfere with that.

8k? How much are you working out?

I was targeting 4k and I was full all the time. I weigh 233 lbs this morning and I'm getting off cycle.

Pick up some dandelion root and bulk potassium citrate. Do it not go over recommended doseage. For potassium citrate I would say take 60% of RDA split into 2 doses.

Increase water into to 4L plus. You may have to force drink water.

Do not go overboard on diuretics or you will regret it. Trust me.

No definitely not. Keep carbs and sodium at a normal good level. For some reason people get it in their heads they need to fuck with sodium and that generally back fires.

I don't know any of your stats but just return to a baseline diet. Normal salt normal carbs and be consistent.

Control sodium keep it at 1 to 1 with potassium

Carbs are your friend on a bulk... But I don't know if you are cutting or bulking if you are eating shit food. But worried about being shredded? Idk

Are you measuring your blood pressure?

I am assuming you aren't on an ARB BP med like telmisartan which can help control water retention as well. Also helps with potassium sodium balance.

Hey y’all I’ve recently lowered my dose from 500mg test to 200mg cruise along with 400 mg masteron on the side. Throughout the past weeks I’ve been funky with my diet usually indulge in McDonald’s and cookies on the “occasion.” Because of this I’ve implemented.5 mg adex eod and so far I’ve been looking even worse. I’m much flatter, less vascular with a softer look everywhere all around. It’s been a week on adex and all I feel is weaker and shitty sleep.

Shouldn’t adex make you look dry? Especially on lower dose of test I should look better than I do on 500mg.
Your strategy is so flawed I'm afraid, so much to unpack here, but don't have the time to do it, but the one thing I'll say is arimidex is an extremely powerful drug and there's very rarely any reason to use . 5 every other day, you need estrogen for strength, libido, joint protection and a whole host of other reasons. Although everyone is different, on a cycle of 500 test 300 deca and 40 tbol a day I'll use 0.25 twice a week, I'm strong and jacked a feel great at those dosages
