ADHD meds - anecdotes

Is anyone here on ADHD meds? (Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin to name a few)

And how do they combine with AAS and overall day-to-day life? Looking for anecdotes. Got prescribed Vyvanse and I’m not touching it (due to sleep issues I don’t want to exacerbate) but I’m curious if they have any drug interactions or synergies with AAS.

No interactions or synergies other than they can add even further strain to your heart. They can also make fasting slightly easier due to the mild appetite suppression. As far as sleep issues, I've found that any extended release formulation (such as Vivance) can kick bruxism into high gear, causing waking headaches. But otherwise no disruption to sleep if taken early enough in the day. My general recommendation is to keep the dosage as low as possible for symptom relief and only if/when you truly need it.

Im on adderall on and off
Proper dose will make you calm and sleepy
It takes time for the body to adjust to new base line of the nero hormones so sleep will suffer for a while
Just make sure you take your med early as possible
I personally didn’t like Vyvanse it was weak for me adderall instant release dose the job well especially with a cup of coffee
