Adjusting Diet - Cycle

Does anyone have any good articles or old threads about recommended Cal/Macro adjustments for dieting (lean bulk) on a cycle vs off a cycle?
 
Keep it simple, macros 40p/40c/20f, about 300cals over, but now it also depends on what u take.

And obviously you adjust as you gain body weight.
 
Your diet shouldn't really change on cycle versus off... Perhaps slightly higher protein intake to take advantage of the increased protein synthesis that AAS provides. Other than that, not much to change...

Cut coming after or no?

I’d say a few hundred cals added ever 3-4 weeks or so is smart as your body will reach a new set point and eventually cease growth. Even with the gear the body needs raw materials to keep adding tissue.

Looking to do a lean bulk. Currently around 12% BF (195lbs). At the moment I'm eating 247P / 412 C / 73 F. I'm getting the sense from the comments above that I should be increasing my protein and reduce my Carbs. Also, how are my overall calories?
