Hello All! I really enjoyed weight lifting when I first started very easy stuff. about 4 years ago. I was 165 (55) and got down to 135 lbs which I was very happy with. After about a year I hurt my knees bad (doing other stuff they werent in good shape in the first place though) and havent been able to do much since. Getting FAT!! AHHH!!!
Went to the Dr. and he gave me orthodics which are great and take away discomfort Ive had for my whole life... but still cant lift or do aerobics and all the weight loss I had achieved is now gone. Went back and the most they would do for me was give me celebrex and have me do water aerobics... I gave that a fair trial (a year) and it isnt helping. The doctor wont do anything else without doing surgery and Im not willing to do surgery and have my knees possibly messed up forever.
I want to try Oxandrin and see if that will help get me on the right track so that I can lift again. I am too fat and dont want to gain any fat but I could live with a little weight gain if it is only muscle I can take off the fat if I can do aerobics again w/o pain. (Which I cant do now)
Any comments, suggestions, helpful hints on how to lose or at least not gain weight also how much where when how to take... I'll take all the help I can get.
If it helps enough that I can lift again after I quit taking it is there anything anyone can suggest to help speed weight loss? BOO HOO I liked ephedrine.
