advice, anyone?

whats up guys..pretty new, just have a few questions..

just started on prop..was taking it twice a week at 50mg a time..but after reading the board i decided on taking it EOD until it runs out..anyways

im about to get some creatine along with some glutamine tomorrow and was wondering when i should take them...ie..morning, afternoon, nite..after or before i work out..

In the long run it doesnt matter, but post-workout would be the best choice.
 
Everything I've read says take these supplements immediately following your workout on an empty stomach and wait 1/2 hr to eat

i'd have to agree with the bros here. and and non worko ut days i would take it first thing in the morning.
