Advice for saggy stomach

I'm 29, I got fat as fuck at like 13. I was 6' and fully grown though.

I dunno if it's been time or muscular development around my core but it seems way tighter than before. I notice too I collect fat at the bottom of my stomach, I feel if I wasn't so fat in the first place it would be more evenly distributed.

There's only a few of us in our 20s on here. I can't stand the younger BB communities.

Everyone’s body has preferential fat storage locations and it seems biased by gender as well. You’ll also notice this may change over time too. Good work getting it under control.

You’re still relatively young too, aren’t you?
I know you have had bloodwork done in the past, have you ever had your Prolactin tested??? How is your thyroid?? Personally, I felt that when my thyroid was off(low) I my chest sagged. I don’t know if there is a corellation between the 2. I know that gyno can be prolactin induced. And low thyroid can some times cause elevation in prolactin. But as far as saggy chest just wondering if you know what your PRL looked like. I am going to have mine tested in a couple months.

Prolactin wasn’t checked but thyroid is just fine

Exactly how do you accomplish this?
Being consciously aware of if you’re letting your gut hang basically. After a while it’ll become instinctive.

And I don’t mean tensing your abs. This isn’t flexing. And it’s much more your TVA (your inner abdominal muscle) than your visible abs. If you stand with good posture (chest our and up, shoulders not slouched or rolled forward, head up, hips neutral) this is almost guaranteed.

Much appreciated Mac!
