Advice?

Hello, I injured my rotator cuff several months back from incline bench and I think it's a minor tear. Even after a while, I sometimes get this sharp pangs in my right shoulder but it goes away after a while, but still bothers me. Any suggestions to how to get it to heal completely or to stretch out the cuff so it doesn't feel like someone's stabbing me?
 
@T_verde77 well, I know that they're just going to tell me to rest, but it doesn't seem bad. Just sometimes, the pain is there and other times, its not. When the pain comes, after few sets it subsides. Should I stretch it out for longer periods before hitting shoulder/chest days?
 
I ALWAYS suggest to people that having the blood flowing in the shoulders before exercise is a great way to avoid injury. Simply stretching isnt enough, you really need to pump the blood in there first.
