Aesthetics over mass monster

I am impressed with the mass these days.but really liked the 90s they were still big but still had symmetry. a 185 lb man could beat a 250 lb if he had the rite genetics.
but I do like the fact there is the 212lb Olympia
and for some who like physic.
I thought about doing both light heavy and physic if you can do this.
its cool as hell to look at the pictures from Larry Scott, to Arnold's era to leehaneys era to
Dorian Yates new mass to ron's years ans now Phil's
kinda slow Evolution as a bodybuilder lover since watching Conan and incredible hulk.
all of us know were to small
I'm not big yet.
tell you stand next to average people it's a addiction I love it.
lets see what happens in 10 years
I pray bodybuilding never dies just like rock wont

Tough to beat this, too-

th
I'd kill for that split in his chest man. Not to mention that separation between the bicep and the delt.

Don't worry brother. Body building isn't going to die. As long as there's iron addicts like every single person on the site pretty much, it'll stay alive. If anything, I think it will continue to grow honestly.

And once the public appreciates the old-school phsyiques they'll demand it and then the next generation of bb'ers will be better off.

Definitely used to be better back then,, I'm into the whole men's physique look, be nice to win one of those trophies

I agree. To each his own. We all have different goals.

Frank Zane is a good example. You can do that with out injecting a gram of gear a day

My guess with Jeff seid is low test, a ton of tren, winny, var, mast maybe, along with tons of T3 T4/other fat burning drugs.

i dont know if anyone saw his video on youtube, his 4 year transformation, which ones are really natural? 4 years of proper training can do wonders

Sure I don't see why not. But to maintain that naturally there is zero room for error. Everything has to be on point 100% all the time. I can't imagine how difficult it would really be to maintain that bf % and muscle mass naturally. But I'm sure it's possible.

are there any actual fitness models that are natural? have you heard of gokuflex? he has a channel on youtube and says hes natural and been bodybuilding for 10 years.
