I think I have seen good results, calves are a hardgainer for me but I will be starting PCT in 15 days of clomid and arimidex (letrozol if needed) i dont have nolvadex. HCG at 500iu ed for 10 days and creatine to keep up the look.
Cycle was:

1gram/week Test-en(1-12)
Tbol 80mg (1-4)

Eating 5000-7000 cal/day
50-100g of protein every 2 hrs.
After grabbing bunk gear from UGFREAK on OLM (i know it was a stupid fuckin mistake), I got a great domestic (canadian) source and blew the fuck up. Working out sometimes twice a day and sleeping like a motherfuxker... quit smoking and drinking too.

Any tips on making PCT more effective? how often should I workout now???

Helluva nice job man!!

It looks like you have the bone structure , nothing holding you back from 250lbs!!! ;)
thx, I shouldve added I started at 185lbs and am now about 210lbs. never been able to hit 200 before so I feel thats an accomplishment in itself... i took clen at 100mcg/day for 2 weeks and leaned right out.

I am interested in hearing about how 2 a days worked out for you. Not a lot of guys do 2x a day workout so I'm curious how an average day would look like for you training wise when you decided to hit the weights twice per day.

I've always wanted to hit weights 2x a day (am and pm workout) but that takes an insane level of commitment. You put some serious fucking work in for this cycle, and it shows...

thx again man. well since I noticed my increased recovery time

I ended up mixing chest tri's for 1-2 hrs with shoulders and tri's for 1-2 hrs (at least 4 hrs later),
upper and middle back with bi's and calves,
legs were still leg day but would squat for an hour or two, come back 4 hrs later and do extensions, leg curls and calves. lower back (deadlifts) and weighted sidebends for 1-2 hrs, then back extensions, decline bench weighted crunches, weighted leg raises and other core exercises for 1-2 hrs...
(Thats a 4 day/8 workout week)

repeat from the beginning as I would be almost fully healed in shoulders and chest by then. if I had a shittier workout one hour I would make sure I tried to hit the muscle group again when I came back later.
depending on my schedule I would come in the morning before work/school then again after work/school... if I came after work/school I would come again shortly after dinner. I kept the weight at +75% 1rm after warmup at all times and maxed out when I felt good.
always tried to up my weight even by a little.

I am a personal trainer and have been for a few years now and have been lifting natural for 8 years... decided to try a cycle and wanted to make the most out of it.

Good shit man....did you find it necessary to sleep or take a short nap between workouts when you were doing two a days? Most people who tried to run 2x a day said that sleeping in between am/pm workouts for a couple hours really helped recovery/performance.

You still planning on hitting it twice a day when you come off cycle?

you are your best judge if you need a rest or not I figure; slept when I needed to. while off and pct I will be only working out 3x a week if that since I will be more catabolic

Your back man nice work...I don't know if I have ever seen a back transform like that after one cycle. You obviously did the work, diet needed and the AAS was just the icing many guys can learn from you.

what was your diet looking like bro? goin from 185 up to 210 and you definately look noticeably leaner!
Lots of cals (5000-8000) eating every 2 hrs. 50-100g of protein every 2 hrs. I quit smoking so food became my addiction, whenever I wanted a cig I would eat a shitload of peanut butter and milk lol.

Right on! and props for giving up the cigs man, i smoked from 14years old till i was 20 (stupid i know).. thats a damn good accomplishment to go along with the gains youve made! keep that up and hell, i could feasibly see you at a rock solid 250 or so like johnnyballz said in no time! awesome job man!
