So OP, one poster asked an important question you didn't answer, or if you did I missed it. What are your goals? Are you looking to bulk up or are you just looking to feel better?

If the later, and you really can't get a doc to cooperate, some Clomid might help. I had levels around your levels and it was frustrating. It's in the "normal" range but just barely. My doc put me on Clomid (I forget the exact dosage) every other day and my levels climbed to the mid 600s. Made a big difference.

Taking half a pill eod is one heck of a lot easier and cheaper than shots and other stuff to keep your balls from shrinking. TRT is going to shut your nuts down and make you dependant on the shots.

Now, if you want to get jacked, that's different. You'll need test in levels greater than your body can produce naturally.

Get hammered the night before you get tested and sleep as little as possible. That will probably drop you more than 70 points.
