I feel like the online "TRT" talk is almost like a cult like following. Everyone wants this perfect little dose of test to be in range, or just right above. Then they all want the perfect e2 range. Going exactly by their TRT dealers reccomendations like they are gospel. I guess. in a way the AAS community is a cult but I think the TRT is more so. None of these people are really running TRT, its more like I described earlier, some sort of biohacking attempt.

We balance everything on labs besides testosterone. We balance our thyroid ect....Nothing wrong with balancing your estrogen. You wanna let the your e2 levels get as high as a menstruating teenage girl? Go ahead ....grow some titties and turn into a bitch. Haha

What's the best way to dose my trt. Twice a week or once a week can't do eod due to work but was thinking would one a week with one dose of ai be better? Got bloods yesterday so now just got to wait and see. Do for another pin today so not sure if I should drop aromasin or maybe drop it down to ,6.25?

I can't say... you gotta try it yourself. What is your shbg? If it's on the lower side then once a week is a no go. Want once a week and still be stable? Switch to testosterone undecanoate that's what I do. Mind you, even though I feel very stable, I still need some AI sometimes.

I feel great on my dose now. I haven't used an AI.

For some reason I feel like I don't retain water at all.. I am a little surprised.

Yes, we react differently. For me it's not about water retention, but rather moodiness and lack of drive in life and sex, laziness and no motivation when estro is a bit high. I think it's how we react to higher than normal female hormones what matters rather than numbers itself. E follows T and the ratio is adjusted, but some like me just don't tolerate higher E and we get symptoms. Take AI and it's gone, repeat when necessary.

Still waiting on results but pinned yesterday so not sure if I should take my ai today or hold off or drop dose in half. Already feel like my e2 is going up haha but prob just in my head.

Im the same i hate high estrogen.
Sure you can control estrogen with a dht if your a low aromatizer and taking 200 primo for 500 test makes sense but if one needs 800 primo it becomes problematic and worse than the ai in my opinion .

Ive blasted AAS and never used an ai where are my titties? Test was at 4400 don't see any. Prolactin was tested but not estrogen, was a bit fine, not worried about ti. Not gonna jump on caber I feel fine. When you run AAS estrogen and prolactin go up, no biggie. If someone is all sensitive to estrogen and grows tits by looking at an amp maybe its not for them. I guess they can run AAS and blast AI but to assume that everyone who uses AAS is going to get tits is stupid.

Feel bad for the guys whose bodies want to grow tits from 250mg of test, but they are the majority and probably the ones promoting all this AI abuse and fear of estrogen. Recovering estrogenholics .

Traua informed care. A man responds poor to test and any rise in estrogen, he is traumatized, and goes around prompting that everyone needs an AI and if they don't or their e2 rises they will be traumatized like him or grow tits.

Def do get high e2 symptoms though. Looking back at pics when e2 is high my nips are puffier and def hood more water in my face and body regardless of cardio and diet.

You may wanna look in the who's the biggest at meso thread. Not gonna call anyone out cause lots of guys hate ai......but some of the biggest dudes on here use AI. Personally I don't think either choice is bad but calling people out for keeping their estrogen in range is kind of dumb.

Some estrogen is good for growth. People are putting too much emphasis on their estrogen level, People are also crashing their estrogen because they probably keep seeing these threads about worrying if e2 is out of range and are takin them haphazardly when they don't need them.

In theory if your on actual TRT your testosterone should be in range, and when your testosterone is in range your estrogen should not be high. People are toying around playing dr google taking random dosages of AI or what some guy reccomends online who can't handle AAS and hoping for the best.

Your wrong again. Lots of people need an ai on trt to keep sides at bay and estrogen in range. Not everyone is lucky as you. Lots of older guys who went low t after age 45 for example. Some people are just high convertors.We are all different.

agree to disagree. I mean if your shooting long acting test one time a week sub q, no wonder your having problems. maybe one time try prop ED IM. the way it was intended. long ester, infrequent, your asking for problems IMO. then there is the whole body fat, no idea why yours is, but Id imagine is I was 20 percent shooting gear sub q one a week with these long esters maybe id have problems. I feel like you guys are trying to reinvent the wheel no wonder shit is going wrong

add to that, if guy are 15-20 percent, whats their diet like? poor diet + high bf id imagine is going to have problems more than 7% perfect diet. one reason why I always get on my soap box, lean lean lean, when people are posting about using gear at a high bf

Most fitness personas are 10-12% (most of the year) and some are even higher than that. Yet everyone admires them and wants to look like them, not Greg C.

No reason to ever be below 10-12% for most people. Even MPMD suggests a bit higher than 10% nowadays. Besides this is more bodybuilding forum and if you want Brad Pitt physique Kinobody is an expert, no steroids needed man.

I mean if the choices are 220lbs at 15 percent (fat to me) and 190lbs at 7 percent, I know which I prefer. to me being 7 percent isn't hard. it requires diet but once you get there, you eat maintenance, do cardio, not like your eating 2k calories. most guys can get lean and maintain it easy on 3k. wholesome food not crap and shakes, this is a fair amount of food

So still waiting for my test levels to come back but my e2 came back at 12. So my plan is it to drop the ai and continue with 150 mgs of test as long as my test levels look to be in a good range. Then retest in about 5 weeks.

not surprised, I told you to ditch it and people got upset. one other guy told you you don't need an AI. Lesson learned I guess. I can't keep track of the threads guy tanking their estrogen because they are told to "dial it in"

There is no rule that applies to everyone...

It's super tiring to explain it over and over again.

What if his estrogen raises and he experiences sides again?

More practical advice is that if you feel you need AI and you used it in the past then next time lower your dose of AI if this is too much. If you needed it then you gonna needed that's it.

Trends need to be out on this thing. Individuality and symptom resolution is what matters.
