Thats what dialing in means if bloods show estrogen is to low you dial back the ai if its high you increase it .
Some people are to dumb to understand this.

There is a right and a wrong dose of ai and sometimes no ai is the right way to go but not for everyone every time thats what bloodwork is for .
You are right if this is not clear enough there is no better way to say it.
Yea it's all about finding that balance. Based off my current results would you drop the ai entirely or just lower my ai dose?

My estrogen is always dialed in I've never let it get lower than 25. Sometimes if I feel like my libido has took a hit even with estrogen and range I just skip one dose of Arimidex that seems to jump start the libido again. Estrogens a weird thing and it's individual specific but if it gets too low even in range it can mess up your libido and the same as if it gets too high you got to find your sweet spot.
Thanks Man. You think 150 mgs a week is good on test or should be bump it up based on the bloods?

160-180 seems like a solid amount. seems like you are pretty much doing TRT+?
Yea basically want to maintain what I have. I'm about 215 to 220lbs. Usually cruise around 200mg but need an ai at that dose and puts my test levels well above normal range. So goal is to use a dose where ai isn't needed. Guess I'll play around with it. The blood showed test at 780. Pinned on Monday and got bloods done on Thurs morning. So would be due for another pin on Friday. So guess my levels aren't too bad?

Agree, it's all about the symptoms. Some guys can get away with high estrogen with no problems and guys like us have problems even with slightly elevated estro.
Golden rule is no symptoms - nothing to fix.
I need an AI sometimes less, sometimes more, it's just how it works for me. It doesn't matter if I cruise on 150 or 250mg, I still need some, obviously at 150mg a bit less, but that bit doesn't compensate the need to go lower than I'd like. The ratio exists, it's just that this ratio is impossible to apply, because it's our own ratio that our body likes, it unfortunately can't say how much in numbers. After all, human body was not designed to operate on synthetic testosterone. But that's another thing altogether.

Yea hoping I don't need some but we'll see. Did you get ur e2 checked when you were on 150? Curious to see what you think. Based off my bloods you think I'll be able to get away with no ai on 150mg? And when you say you take as needed you just pop when whenever you think it's getting high?
