AI's for first ever Test Cycle?

I do a 5 day split at the moment. Been training almost a year. Did a natty cut down from 205. Currently at about 12%bf or so. I'm eating around 3000 calories on average a day at this point and gaining around 1lbs per week for the last 6 weeks. Started out @159lbs before increasing calories. I do track my macros, but need to dial the fat back a little. Macros are 230-250g protein, 350-375g carbs, and 75-90g fat per day on average.
Switch them macros up some.
Bring test up to 350
Carbs at 250
Fats are not to bad but if you cut them to 60-75 would probably be even better.

Every 2 weeks add 40 grams more carbs and 20-40 grams more protein.
Might add 10 grams more fats too IF you have dropped them to 60 like I recommend.
Keep carbs to pre workout, intro workout , and post workout and use fats and protein the rest of the day.
My last meal of the day is 4 eggs, Big can of tuna, with Avacodo mayo, and a spoonful of pickle relish. All mixed together. Couple spoonfuls of cottage cheese on the side.
 
Thanks @Big Swole Papa Smurf ! This is the kind of feedback I need. I feel like my training is on point for my level of experience, but your right on the macros. I knew I needed to dial them in a little better, but I'll be honest I was just being lazy about! :D
