If anybody can help me with info on Albuterol as far as dosage, length of time it should be taken and also how it comares with clen.
I have a bottle that is 30mil. and it is 4mg. a mil.
Thanks,
TZ

four doses of 4mg spread evenly throughout the day works great. It has about a 6 hour half life.

And you need to incorporate the same time on time off strategy that you would use with clenbuterol i.e. 2 weeks on 1 week off.

Search for my cycle log over at anabolicminds.com. Lots of guys have cycle logs over there... honestly though, seems like the largest side was extra cardio capacity and not much more.

Wow so a bottle will only last 8-9 days, Those albuterol inhalers say 90 mcg per puff and 6 puffs gets me shaken, thats about 1/2mg. I never bought the liquid but that seems high. Maybe inhaling it you don't have to take as high of a dose.

Inhaled albuterol is useless for fat loss. It is a beta2 agonist and attaches topically in the lungs to beta2 receptors with virtually no systemic absorption. The tabs are readily available from a number of sites. Just do a google for it.

If you can get your hands on Xopenex (Levalbuterol) for a decent price, I'd go with it over AB. It's composed of only the R-Isomer of albuterol and is therefore twice as strong, and has less side effects.

Note: If you have insurance you can go to your doctor and say you have asthma or a chest infection etc. and get it prescribed easily.

Good Luck!

Might I add that my hunger was through the roof on albuterol (as opposed to ephedrine...) and that it wasn't worth the supposed fatloss. I know a lot of guys who feel the same way.

Xopenex is great for asthmatics as it selectivley relaxes bronchial smooth muscle and reduces spasms in the airways of the lungs, however there is no systemic spillover therefore no fat burning properties. The pill form of albuterol, clen and ephedra will work for fat loss.

Personally I would never use Albuterol or any of its derivates for weight loss, but you didn't offer any reason as to why Levalbuterol (Xopenex) wouldn't work just as good as or better than Albuterol. Levalbuterol is the active isomer of racemic Albuterol, which means it's just Albuterol minus its inactive isomer. Therefore, Levalbuterol is 2x stronger mg for mg vs Albuterol, and produces 50% less side effects when taken at the same dosage. Also, I did look up the side effects of Xopenex and weight loss and reduced appetite were listed.

You are correct ....xopenex does have fewer sides and it is usually prescribed in place of albuterol when cardiac stimulation as is often seen with albuterol is a concern. One problem I see with xopenex is the less frequent dosage. Xopenex can be given 3 times daily rather than every 4 hours as albuterol is prescribed The problem I often see is psychological with the population of people with COPD. They are so conditioned to having thier nebulizer treatments every 4 hours that even though xopenex is proven to have longer lastung effects it is just unacceptable to them to have to wait so long in between treatments. Many of them have thier docs discontinue the xopenex and have them reorder them on albuterol or more frequently duoneb. Also xopenex comes in 2 strenghts at 1.25 mg. and .63 mg. The stronger dose has been implicated in just as much cardiac stimulation as albuterol. All in all in my area xopenex is slow to catch on and not being prescribed nearly enuogh due to poor pateint and doctor education.

if you had the same dropper i did, 1cc/ml is equal to 4mg. take 3 times a day. you should run t3 with it. personally clen is much better but neither were really worth it without the t3. just my .02
