Thinking about taking albuterol for weight loss. I read taking Benadryl at night helps the albuterol work better. Does anyone have any insight on this and how and what mg I should run it at? Thanks

Below is what I had outlined for my girlfriend. We changed it a bit and she's a bit beyond on the MG's/day because she doesn't mind moving it slowly. But, this would be an effective process for you. 1mg/keto at night too.

Albuterol doses: Outline of Proper Ramp-Up Dosing Protocol (for Albuterol at 12mg/day total peak dose) –
Day 1: 4mg of Albuterol –
Week 2: 8mg of Albuterol –
Week 3 : 12mg of Albuterol The user now remains at 12mg/day for the duration of the Albuterol cycle.
