Thinking about taking albuterol for weight loss. I read taking Benadryl at night helps the albuterol work better. Does anyone have any insight on this and how and what mg I should run it at? Thanks

She wears a fit bit and when she started the albuterol the fit bit says she is in fat burning mode while she is sitting on the couch I didn't realize how effective it wasBenadryl is not effective for this. You need to use ketotifen for this purpose.
1mg, ketotifen, an night, before bed.
I now use albuterol exclusively, i dont touch clen anymore. Once i tried albuterol the reduced side effects won me over. It is less effective than clen for fat burning but the sides are so much easier to manage it is totally worth it.
Also always use the lowest effective dose and dont go with these re arranged or scheduled dosage increases. All that does is cause you to unnecessarily use more albuterol. If it is working at a dosage of 6mg why then increase it to say 12 ? Especially when you incorporate ketotifen. Keto allows you to continue to use responsible doses of albuterol effectively.

I started yesterday and I am doing 4 mg every 4 hrs, 8,12, and 4. I did decide to get ketotifen. And I will be adding in t3 In about 3 days.
How do you think she should run the t3The t3 will really boost the fat burning and it stacks great with albut. Sometimes with t3 you can get lethargic but the albut offsets this perfectly. The combo is my fav fat burning stack.
She is not on cycle yet she is trying to lean out a tiny bit befor a anavar cycle
I'm gonna grab some anavar then brother she is just worried that it's gonna make her gain weight but her diet is on pointIMO she should be on var when she adds in t3 because as ripppped has said it is catabolic without an anabolic to offset this effect. Dosage should be anywhere from 37.5-50mcg/day imo. There is no need or benefit to ramp up and ramp down t3 like is often suggested. Since it is her first time using t3 she may want to ramp it up just to see how she responds so start out at say 25mcg/day , then up to 37.5mcg/day, then to her final 50mcg/day dose. Id up it weekly. ie: 25mcg/day week 1, 37.5mcg/day week2, 50mcg/day week 3 on. When she is done with t3 she should just stop it. No need or benefit to tapering down.
I slept great last night. I was worried I wasn't going to be able to but it wasn't a problem. I only wanna loose about 10 more lbs and I'll be good I weigh 147 right now so I think albuterol will do the trick. I also go to the gym 4-5 times a week and sometimes twice a day.I feel great when i take it. I even use it just for a pre workout when I am dragging. Its a great compound imo. You wont burn as much fat as with clen but you dont get the visible jitters and you can actually sleep on albut. When she adds in the t3 thats a very effective stack right there. I like that combo very much.
No with diet and so on in check like it is she wont gain weight.I'm gonna grab some anavar then brother she is just worried that it's gonna make her gain weight but her diet is on point

I will def keep everyone updated and I will post pics too at the end of my cycle. I hope I get good results from this!Thats what I like about albuterol. Its half life is short enough that you can still get a solid nights sleep. I cant say that for clen.
As far as sleep wait till you take ketotifen, it knocks you out so be aware of that. Thats why I said to take it at night before bed. If your really sensitive to that type stuff (like benadryl makes u really tired) then you might just want to take .5mg ketotifen, at least to start.
You see you are using albuterol properly, just as an aid to get that last 10lbs or so of stubborn body fat off. Using it in that manner is the right way to do so. When people try to use it in place of proper diet and so on thats when it gets abused or misused and people say it isnt strong enough. When used properly, as you are, the results are great. Best of luck, keep us posted.
So grateful for my hubbyNo with diet and so on in check like it is she wont gain weight.
Its cool she has you to guide and help her man.
I just bumped my girl to 6mg's a day, she's on week three. Why rush into it with such a high dose? She's seeing results with a lower dose, and no sides. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Also, she noted her cardio has improved drastically. Next week we may bump to 8 mg's a day depending on how this week goes, then we'll take a few weeks of for her. Rushing fat loss for women has almost ALWAYS been disastrous in my experience. So grateful for my hubby
I just did a bit of research and that's what I seen most so I went with it I guess. I'm new to all of this. But 4 mg in the am 4 mg in the afternoon and 4 mg in the evening seems to be sitting ok with me today is my second day and I don't feel jittery at all today.I just bumped my girl to 6mg's a day, she's on week three.
