Alcohol for Tanked E2

First of all. I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THAT PEOPLE DRINK TO POP THEIR E2 LEVELS BACK UP!

However, I am curious and want to start a discussion/find people who have responsibly done this due to the phytoestrogens in alcohol. From the studies that I have read, it appears that alcohol consumption is a sure-fire way to raise your E2, which seems useful if somehow you accidentally wiped it out and feel like shit and want to bounce it back to a reasonable level quickly.

Obviously it's not a good idea when on orals or something that stresses your liver a lot to be drinking, but I personally have tanked my levels, felt like COMPLETE shit and figured fuck it, I'll try it.. Had a couple drinks and while it could be a placebo effect, it seemed to work for me, like over the next couple days I felt WAY better..

Has anyone else done this or does anyone have any light to shed on the viability of this, or another option aside from letting the AI run it's course and the levels slowly going back to normal? Yes, I did some research and didn't find anything on the forums, but I'll admit I didn't dig that deep. However, these are some of the things that peaked my curiosity:
