Allergic Reaction first cycle

just started my first cycle 250mg Test E. Made in MCT oil with BA/BB. Got an ultrasound because of leg swelling and pain to rule out blood clot and they said the lymph nodes on groin are swollen. Have not had any itching or redness. Some PIP feels like a moderate flu shot the next day and lasts 1-3 days. I pin 71mg eod with an insulin pin IM into ventraglute. Any idea what could be causing this? Seems like I’m having a system reaction whole body fatigue specifically leg and calf swelling as well as “test flu” symptoms and the nodes on my groin and quads and abs are severely swollen and get worse with each pin. About three weeks in now really need to figure out the cause of this and switch to a new source.

Difficult to say exactly what the cause is. You could be allergic to any of the contents in the vial (e.g., mct oil, ester, bb, ba). You could also be pinning wrong if you're inexperienced. I'd say try another injection site but if you actually do have a severe allergy that would be a bad idea. If you're pinning glutes/ventroglute just use a real needle not an insulin needle to guarantee the oil is administered deep IM.

Is it really test e?? Are u allergic to mct? Some dont boad well on mct… e is a pita (pain in the ass) literally… pip the whole 9 yrds

Change to cyp, prop or ace and see if it seems like the same issues?

Look in my post history test e raws have delta 6 proteins and cause crazy bad pip for some people
