No worries bro, your going about it the right way. Research,researcher, research can't stress that enough. At first I was splitting up the dose half in the am half in the pm, but about 2-3 weeks in I did it all at once in the am,since I go to the gym in the am before work I did it pre workout about 1hr before, and I didn't feel the difference if I split the dose or all at once. So I kept it all at once in the am on a empty stomach.
As far as supplements go, I did the basic protein powder, glutamine, bcaa, but I did use 3000mg of taurine pre workout for the anavar pumps, it worked for me,and a liver support supp that I would take a few hours after anavar.
