Yeah its been my first cycle. Should maybe go to the doctor next week and get my bloods.
Maybe you can tell me what to do then.
It's been now 7 days after my first injection how long will it take to notice the test E ?

At this point you need to wait till week 5 to get bloods.

Once you go get bloods, post them here and we can look at them.

The only problem is we won't have your pre blood to look at to compare how high your estrogen has increased.

You could if you wanted, get bloods now, save, then 4 weeks later get more bloods and compare your levels. That wouldn't give you the best base line but could give you more than nothing.

But don't just start taking a AI just because.

When I first started I did pre, during and post. I quickly realized my body does not aromatize much and therefore don't need ai. If I had taken the advice and just started dropping ai down my throat I would have crashed estrogen.

Get solid data and stay on top of the blood work and stay safe. This should not be a guessing game.

Ok fair enough. Yeah maybe i should've waited with the AAS but i choose this road.

I admit these pictures don't look good for me lol. So i try to make some better ones in the gym later.
I don't say i look like an action hero or something but i don't look too bad. Some people in the gym already asked me which cycle im on lol.

But i have too much fat thats true but i wouldnt say 24% , i messured with a caliper i know its not accurately but it says 13-15% which i would guess too!

I'm going to continue this cycle and bust my a*s.

Sorry to break it to you but you are not 13%-15% bf. That's me in my avatar and i hover around 10-12%

You don't have gyno yet, but based on your bf % which is around 20-24%, you may be a good candidate.

Don't use nolva and I'm no fan of an AI but it wouldn't hurt to pop .25 of adex ed or 6.75 of aromasin.

Do yourself a favor and bump the test to 500/wk.

You're not going to feel this test for 4-5 weeks and and such a low dose, you may never feel it.

couple things, no need to go to the doctor for labs just google around and you can just order labs without going to the doctor and you can get them done lke tomorrow. whenever my nips get sensitive i have noticed my estrogen is around 40 pg/ml. if you nips are sensitive or itchy you should immediately up your AI dose. the benefits far outway the detriments of upping your AI dose. you probably won't see any huge benefit from the test E until the third week. first thing i always notice is my DB lateral raise shoots way up.

Have no idea about the gyno, but it loos like you are losing muscle mass and gaining fat at an alarming rate.
