My hematocrit, RBC, and some other markers are pretty high while still natty. Is this common and is it an issue? I don't wanna have a stroke when I hop on. Also my blood proteins are kind of weird, does that mean anything?

I bet you need to get your diet in order and fix your lifestyle first. Something tells me you're quite overweight or skinny fat and also not ready to use steroids. This will likely improve your health. Give it a good 6 months and retest. In the mean time update us on your stats, lifts, meal plan and
Diet is pretty spot for past year and a half and lifestyle has revolved around gym for 2 years now. I've lost 80 pounds thus far and my stats are M20 6'4 232lbs 20% bf S: 435 B: 405 D: 455. Don't really squat or deadlift anymore and just do isolation movements. I'm trying to drop to 15% and reevaluate in around two months. I eat a lot of whole foods and not just shoveling shit into my body because I eat for fuel now instead of taste or hunger. These bloods were two months ago before I started doing daily cardio so I hope they would be much better now. Can you tell me anything about the blood protein ratios or anything else that you find important? My resting heart rate is 50 BPM laying down which I like to think is pretty good for my height and weight and BP was 120/68 before I started doing my cardio so I'll have to test it again. Can post pics if u want. ThanksI bet you need to get your diet in order and fix your lifestyle first. Something tells me you're quite overweight or skinny fat and also not ready to use steroids.
