Am I wasting my time?? Please any insight would help

And an actual critique would probably be helpful, yeah?

Misread and thought you were actually running the 5x5 Starting Strength program. I'd honestly drop what your doing and do that for about six months.

Barring that...

Build your workouts around one Prime mover, pair them with an antagonistic movement. Go with assistance work that closely mimics your Prime mover and do the same.

I'm, personally, a believer in giant sets or tri-sets. Incorporating core and conditioning work in the last two movement's / exercises.

Examples:

Prime
Bench Press
Pendlay Row
Hanging Leg Raise
60s Sprint

90s Rest / Repeat 5X

Assistance
Close Grip Bench
DB Row
Dragon Flag
60s Jump Rope

90s Rest / Repeat 5X

I can guarantee you aren’t eating enough. Stay on 5x5 and eat too much.

I’ve been serious about it for the same amount of time if a bit longer. Stay on 5x5, then switch to starting strength after a couple unsuccessful deloads, and if you’re not eating more than 3,000 calories a day at LEAST if you’re a fully grown adult then stop messing with the pussy shit.

Brother your workout is fine. Getting 300g of protein and 8 hours sleep every night. Start doing frequency method pushups and chins for extra volume. Google it.

I personally think you are fine, when you hit a wall deloaded and switch to the greyskull lp for 6 months( best write up of gslphttps://www.tigerdroppings.com/rant/health-fitness/the-greyskull-methods--a-primer/70504728/ ). From there decide what you wanna do but I would suggest something like gzcl Jackd and tan or 531 BBB if you want more size or a better option would be do what you are doing now and then when you hit a wall, deloaded and switch to weightedchins dual factor intermediate bodybuilding program Dual-factor Bodybuilding routine for Intermediate and Advanced lifters

Run the DFT program for a year. When you stall switch out the lift for a variant of you must, get strong as shit.

From there move to more advanced programming like mountain Dogg, fortitude, doggcrapp, thibarmy, westside variants etc.

I started working out just over 18 months ago(i know its stupid to jump on gear this early...im trying to fast forward results) not the greatest answer but is there one when it comes to drugs.

Most guys will dick around and make excuses for why they jumped on early. Thanks for not being one of those guys. Your honesty is refreshing.
