Misread and thought you were actually running the 5x5 Starting Strength program. I'd honestly drop what your doing and do that for about six months.
Barring that...
Build your workouts around one Prime mover, pair them with an antagonistic movement. Go with assistance work that closely mimics your Prime mover and do the same.
I'm, personally, a believer in giant sets or tri-sets. Incorporating core and conditioning work in the last two movement's / exercises.

Bench Press
Pendlay Row
Hanging Leg Raise
60s Sprint
90s Rest / Repeat 5X
Assistance
Close Grip Bench
DB Row
Dragon Flag
60s Jump Rope
