Amlodipine Edema

Deal!! I’m in. Man I’m still kicking myself for that stupid mistake. I was in a hurry cropping photos and posted them without reviewing.
Yeah I hear ya. I’m always worried I forgot something when I upload stuff. Check it like 5 times and right after posting lol.

I wouldn’t be too worried about it. Just gotta enjoy the uptick in scam / junk calls lol

Why do you prefer one over the other? I have HCTZ but I didn’t really like how I felt using it even at low doses as a diuretic.
I just remembered the biggest reason I prefer chlorthalidone - hctz made me feel like I was retaining water, obviously the complete opposite of what it was supposed to be doing.

I would suggest to check indapamide for a BP diuretic meds. It's the only one I found that studies confirmed it doesn't increase insulin resistance, slow release formula as well so one pill in the morning and that's it.

20mg Telmisartan
5mg Amlodipine (stopped taking)
5mg Cialis daily
20mg Rosuvastatin
10mg Ezetimibe
Mast and Test
OTC Supplements
8mg Reta once a week
HCG

Edit: 4iu HGH but I stopped this also 2 days ago

Time to divide that ezetimibe dosage.

Ezetimibe 5 and 10 mg for lowering LDL-C: potential billion-dollar savings with improved tolerability - PubMed

Conclusion: These data strongly suggest that ezetimibe 5 mg and ezetimibe 10 mg are clinically equivalent with respect to LDL-C reduction and achievement of ATP III LDL-C goals. Widespread adoption of this low-dose strategy could result in a potential cost savings of more than a billion dollars annually, with a potential reduction in hepatotoxicity.

@BamaCrazy better be nice from here on out bro, I know where you live ;)

You want the good news though? Now we can go in for bulk discounts together and I’ll just ship you your part lol
You can tell how much I don’t care about others personal info cause I didn’t even see any location on there. Lol

Got any sugar? Lol

Well, I am beginning to think it was definitely the Amlodipine. Last night no issues at all with edema. Other than 2 days with no HGH, Amlodipine was the only other change to my daily meds.

Thanks for everyone’s input. Now that you all know where I live stop by for a non-alcoholic beer. lol

I asked my PCP about this and this was his response:

This is not a commonly used medication and when compared to the chlorthalidone it has a lot more cardiac side effects and can cause high blood sugars as well as multiple other issues with the nervous system and gastrointestinal system where chorthalidone is relative safe and neutral so I would not recommend switching to this diuretic at this time.

Your PCP should read the studies lol

Indapamide:

Just one of many.
I don't agree with his statement.

Time for a new PCP lol

I mean of all the things he could have said he spoke about the biggest quality of this diuretics. Considered good even for diabetics type2 in the contrary of Hctz

Cilnidipine. Equally effective as Amlodipine, fewer sides.

It's finally being brought to the US (to treat something else, Reynaud's Syndrome, but I suspect it'll see a lot of "off label" use to treat BP when Amlodipine causes edema).

Cheap via IndiaPCT. 2x dose for equivalent amlodipine effect. IE, 5mg Amlodipine=10mg Cilnidipine
I got my tracking number today. I ordered enough 5mg and 10mg that I could take either dose for 12 months before needing to restock.

The Zone finally replied. They are much more expensive.

CILNIHEAL 10MG - $3.60 strip of 10 tabs
CILNIHEAL 20MG - $5 strip of 10 tabs

I'm excited to try it, since I have a little Reynaud's too I think. It's when your blood vessels overreact to the cold, contracting, and you get numb toes, for instance, because blood flow gets cut off. Cilnipidine is apparently effective at preventing that from happening.

Hmmm. I’ve experienced that also but never gave much thought to it.
