An anti-E question

Hey guys, i know einstein knows alot about this,,,maybe he can help me. I heard a while ago that letrozole and nolva is a bit of a no no, because they "counteract" eachother. Im just wondering if there is any truth to this claim,,,and also, if it is the letro or nolva or both which are inhibited, and to what degree,,,if anyone knows (although im sure the degree would be dose dependant).

letro needs 2 weeks to establish therapeutic plasma levels, so starting it 2 weeks prior to a cycle is necessary to time its onset correctly.
Nolva and letro used concurrently ( I believe 20mg/day and 2.5mg/day, respectively) were shown to reduce plasma letro levels roughly 1/3. the same effect is seen with Adex and nolva, although the reduction in Adex levels is roughly 1/5. It's not a huge deal, since you just dose them accordingly. For letro, I'd use 1.25mg EOD or E3D when using ~ 500mg/wk of test. As always, i'd use at least 10mg/day of nolva with any AI.

Perfect,,,thank you. It probably wasn't studied, but i'd assume some sort of linearity such that an increased dose of nolva would probably reduce plasma levels of letro to a greater degree then eh?

I'd assume the same. however, they didn't speculate on the mechanism by which the reduction occurs. it doesn't really make sense to me that there would be a reduction. it's quite possible that there actually isn't a reduction......sketchy data gets published all too often.
