I’ve been on the anabolic diet for 2 months and so far I’m very pleased with it. I’ve lost about 5lbs (not counting the water weight swings) while gaining strength in all my lifts. Basically, during the week (mon-fri) I get 60% of my calories from fat sources and 40% from protein sources and have <30g of carbs per day. On the weekend I switch over 60% carbs, 20% fats, and 20% protein. My goal when starting this diet was to lean out while preserving/building muscle. I was initially going to run beastdrol cycle but have since decided to run a test e/winny cycle (would be my first). My question is how will this diet affect my gains as opposed to a more traditional “clean diet”? My goal for this cycle is to put on 10-15lbs of lean mass while maintaining or lowering my current BF%.
