This lab seems good to me, so I have put in a trial order for some Cialis. I'm just trying them out as Irish customs can be a bit tricky sometimes.

I sent them the tx ID for my order yesterday and I am still waiting for a response, I shall update this as my order plays out. If it isn't ordered by today, I believe I'm entitled to a refund?

Just adding an update on Thursday morning, I'd hold off on ordering from them tbh. I was in touch with them and their replies were very quick until I paid, then it is radio silence. If they sort it out, I'll update it again.

You think you're entitled to a refund after three days? Are you new to the game?
Why don't you call customer service and describe your problem, you'll surely be put through to the right department... As if you were ordering from Amazon.
It's also like BalticSea said, today is a public holiday in Germany.

I mentioned the refund due to their policy, "If you order in our DE-Warehouse, we guarantee shipping the next day. If we dont ship the next day, we will fully refund your order and you will still receive your goods!". I am not new to the game at all

Another update, apologies for the bombardment. They have replied and have told me that I'll receive a tracking number on Monday. The gentleman was sick for a few days, these things happen.

The order arrived today, it arrived on the 4th working day from when it left the warehouse. The exterior packaging was very good, my only criticism on the packaging is that there was a noticeable rattling when shaking the box.

I'm impressed with them. The shipping from DE-Ireland was very quick, they have well priced goods, and it's quite convenient.

Another piece of constructive criticism, I think the policy of "if goods aren't ordered within the next day, you're entitled to a refund" should he removed. This wasn't done with me and I'm not expecting them to refund my order, but it's just a bit disingenuous imo.

Everything was sorted out, the guys were very professional. The products look good, no particles, nothing crashed. Relatively thin despite the castor oil.
So far no pip after two injections.
Very satisfied so far
 
So I've made an order 25.9, almost a month ago. Nothing received.

5 days later they've told the package was sent directly by Hilma and that they're waiting for them to confirm that it has been sent, then they would have send me some ID code or whatever.

6 days later after that, they tell me Hilma is sending them an update tomorrow. So at this point it's already been more than 10 days since I've made my order but they haven't even been able to confirm it was shipped out, despite their promises about shipping the next day. I didn't know they dont directly send other products that aren't theirs I guess.


Anyway, 3 days after this, they tell me "M is coming back tomorrow, he will contact you". Next day "M" writes to me that hilma had some issues with shipping.

Anyway date is 15.10, they tell me they will refund my money if hilma doesn't send them tracking until end of the week, but so far they haven't messaged me back and I haven't been refunded.
