Hope the rep can come in and clean up this mess here. This is not the first time they have had shipping issues.

I’d hope to use them again, because I have had good experiences in the past. But that certainly does not mean that people are getting good experiences now.

I agree and I’m holding off on future orders until they can address this shipping issue since I don’t believe them to be scammers technically.


maybe they are not a scammers but just make me mad all the lies that they told me like if you having issue with my package or is not ready just be honest and tell me that my shit is not ready and give me the option if i want to wait or get a refund but dont sit here telling me every other day that my package shipped already and that i will get it btw 7-12 days.

the best thing for any business is to be honest with their customer because a happy customer is a customer that will come back to buy more
 
Okay guys.Things can be perfect,product,service etc.zWhen logistics goes bad..well we have this.We have reshipped orders and have a new system of logistics in place.When packs leave our hands and get shipped sometimes out of our control things don't work.Any questions at all regarding tracking and orders please pm me.I believe we have things back on the right track now.I may have to do 50% off to make it up to my loyal guys here.lets see.

It doesn't seem that it is a postal service problem. This repeatedly happens with you guys. If you would just fix your shipping problems you would have a much better reputation. You have decent products at a decent price I just wouldn't pull the trigger because I don't want to deal with that headache.

I would have to agree with MI here. I enjoy working with you guys because I feel confident that I will get what I paid for and you are delivering products which are tested well... HOWEVER, you now have a reputation for shipping issues with something that could be time sensitive.

I hope that your new system of logistics was better than the last fix. I'm with MI in that the shipping is the reason I hesitate to order at the moment.

Strange how so many sources claim to have problems with the postal service. Could it be that they are using the postal service as a scapegoat?
 
Just a update I got my package by the way how can this be a postal service problem when my track show that after 5 week the postal service got my package. Would be different if you tell me that the package was sitting at a Usps location then that is a postal service issue but that is not the case
 
It was not a claim for postal service problems.Reshipping problems my freind.I apologize for the wait.Honestly yes we have had logistic problems.For the ones in doubt its no conspiracy or scam.And i agree with all about the shipping.It is frustrating to tarnish a good reputation with shipping problems.All we can do is move forward.

Logistics is way more complicated than one may think.It is not as simple as dropping packs in drop boxes every where and so on.And yes a source can use that as an excuse but some are being honest as well.

I received the of my order yesterday. AE has always came through for me. I'm sure the rest will be here shortly. In my opinion these reships and delays are just part of this business.
I continue to use AE because the results of using their products can't be denied.

Agreed, I'm glad you got some of your items, but there's really no excuse for all of the shipping problems. There are a few solid sources out there that do get it right why can't AE? I mean this as constructive criticism and definitely understand a company will never be flawless. But all of the shipping issues seem to be common at this point from what I read.

Agree with you bro like you can sell the best gear but if I have to wait 2 months or a months and a half to get my shit I would just pay more and go domestic
