If I may weigh in here, I feel as if a bottle from a different batch should be sent to
@puckhog.
I'm sure sqs labs will say that the pip couldn't happen, but the fact remains it just takes a drip or two extra to cause too much ba in a vial to cause the extreme pain.
That is the simple solution. If the pain exists from a totally different batch number, well then we know it's puckhog. It sqs. But, if I was a betting man, that won't happen because he is using other sqs products without issue.
I'm sure we can say that if this is a issue then others will report the problem, but in reality many of these vials go to individuals who have no OUT reach to complain, or they don't want to come forwards and complain.
Interesting fact: 80% of customers do not complain, they simply go somewhere else.
What is a cost of npp vial to you? 8-10$? If that?
A customer can pack up and leave costing you between 500-100o $ per year in missed revenue.
Reaching out and trying to make it right can save that missed revenue.
So you can spend 10$ to resend a vial and save a customer and missed revenue, or decide that 10$ is not worth trying to save a customer.
I'll just leave that there for you to marinate on.
