Wish the more labs would use higher quality tops.
They want to make a label look pretty but cheap out on the finished top, that would make the entire package feel top notch.

A total shame really.

I'm pretty sure you know what lab I'm talking about, but he made the comment that there just aren't many options for ugl vials and tops. I call bs on that because the very first lab I bought had their name in raised glass built into the vial and and nice tops that didn't get jagged when popping them open. Quality packaging right there.

It is bs if a lab tells you this. There are different levels of quality on anything you buy, from shoes, to sunglasses. Vial tops range from cheap tin foil tops to nice no snag tops.

I know the lab your talking about, which is obviously not this lab, but yes, total bs.

I just saw the picture, the metal was damaged a little. sorry man but this thing doesn't worth a replace. if I would have to replace any complain I would burn my business. it's not that you had a PIP or something wrong from the product. you don't like how it's look. it sealed and ready for use. again - sorry. if that happened to me - I would use it without any problem.

Just popped the cap on a fresh vial of Prop and was wondering why i didn't hear that crunching metal sound.

The cap came off without taking the small portion of perforated metal with it!

i just flattened it out the best i could and it seems perfectly fine.

Odd coincidence though, first time that's happend to me.

I understand your point. However I personally will not be using that vial, I feel the seal was compromised. So I guess I will say I am disatified. I know your just a reseller of sqs so it can't all fall back on you.

Hard to tell from the picture, but with the way the cap tore, would you be able to easily remove it? Does it spin loosely?

i ask because, as long as the rubber stopper is safely in place and the vial doesn't leak when turned upside down, why waste it?
Just keep it as is and go for it.

Shit, i'd just cover it with a small piece of tinfoil or something between uses, for piece of mind.

Your vial, your call.
Just hate to see good gear go to waste.

I would personally just buy a steril vial, and a .22 filter and put that juice in a new vial and pin it.

Cap is hardly holding on brother. Its no longer securing the rubber in position, even torn down the side a bit. Just fairly disappointed, ray seemed like a straight shooter. All he has to say is follow rogers advice on the sterile vial and filter. Also the vial damaged was deca and his solution was to place another 300+ dollar order and he would through in a test c lmfao.

I tried to make you satisfy from my side, like I said the metal was damaged a little and you can use it. but you don't like how it looks and this is your choice. so eventually I tried to make you feel better, but you need deca right now. and now you're laughing on my offer. anyway usually I contact my customers in PM when we want to make things right and we don't running to the forum and write all of our conversations.

Good luck for finding deca and what you want in other sources here.

Had I felt you were making things right I would not have posted. I feel like if you sell a product here, you should stand behind it. You sold me a product that to me is unusable. I would think the right thing to do would be to replace it.

@CdnGuy you don't disrespect, I want to hear any opinion. what I meant like other members here that I talked to them in private instead on the forum it was for a reason. and there is a reason why they didn't post our conversation on the thread. just my 2 cents - not belonging to being a source on meso or on every other board.

Have you seen the vial lol? I would use it and I'm pretty sure you would too. Sterilized, after wiping down, it will be just fine

And yes I'm stand behind the quality. and like I said I did make right for the members who really had problems with the product itself or other quality problems. next time will post here a member who had some scratch on the label and will ask for a replacement. the top damage part of the metal, no offense but this is not justify a replacement. it's not that the vial broken or the sealing were damaged. and yes I did try to settle something with him for making feels better, but he refused. he wants a replacement and fast.

Ray- I would ask sqs to start sending you a few extra empty sterile vials when you order next.

It is apparent several members here have had issues with the tops. The simple solution is if you had these vials at hand, you could just mail one to the member and problem solved.

To be honest the seal on the cyp i opened tore as well, but its not a big deal. The metal trim keeps the rubber stopper in place, thats the seal. The only time i could ever see tgere being an issue is if the entire trim split. That would allow the rubber stopper to possible possibly pop out under pressure if you injected too much air.
