Despite what @Den84 would have us all believe, SQS is still an UGL and no UGL is perfect.
The difference is, if this UGL is willing to stand by their products, replace the bad batches, listen to customer feedback and implement those idea's, they could easily come out on top of this small mess occurring right now.
On the other hand, if they shrug their shoulders and tell us we're all wrong like @Den84 does, then the end for them here is not far off.
In a nutshell, you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar.
Personally, i'm a fan of SQS.
Ray is easily the most likeable guy i have ever dealt with in the game.
Hopefully everything work's out for the best and they can clean this blotch off of what's been a pretty good track record thus far.

I never deny SQS are UGL. yes they are UGL like most of the brands in the scene and even Balkan as well.
IMO what will makes the difference between good UGL to average UGL is the materials and the equipment of producing the compounds. the sealing, boxes and etc in most of the cases are the same in many UGL brands. from my experience, the most top quality UGL located in the Russian federation.

Materials, sterilization, equipment used all play a big part in customers being happy. Everything you said! Having gear that test consistent batch after batch is also huge. Any UGL that can't keep up with demand and gets greedy, fucking needs to let everyone know when ordering. Don't just start throwing shit together, skimping on filtering or sterilization, quality of powders etc......i promise You, I'm this game quality over quantity any Damn day of the week. You already have customer service in check Ray! You are gonna be hard to beat when it comes to TA, communication, and trying to make things right.

@MisterSuperGod I never said that sqs is perfect. I just said it's a great brand. And when I say that a brand is great, I say, after many observations, both personal and of my friends. If you do, the findings in real life, are worth much more than things read on a forum, written by persons unknown to me. Among other things, as a comparison, we have many pharma grade steroids in local pharmacy. if a product pushes, more than a pharma grade, means that it is excellent. POINT. In this forum are read immense crap like that dbol Pharmacom is bunk, and deca dbol Primus is shit, balkan is ugl etc ... 
for this reason, the feedback that I read here, for me are worth zero. I add that sqs is a very young brand, and despite this, he committed only few errors. And it is reaching an incredible popularity in the eu. Now they are making a very big investment ... are replacing all the machinery, and are preparing to produce in ampoules. From what I read here, it looks like a laboratory, which is going to fail ... as always, quite the opposite of reality.

Making a very big investment, but using cheap ass tops.
Sure hope those new machinery isn't what caused the HUGE! Issue with npp....

The facts are , and you indirectly explained why all the errors are happening, sqs is growing faster than they can keep up. Explains why his items have gotten sloppy here recently. Hope sqs gets straightened out soon.

Below is the cycle I'm running (sqs gear). 6 weeks into cycle. Although I started var at 40 I jumped up to 80 a week ago. Attached is the blood work before cycle and now.
Week 1-10 300mg/ml test e twice a week (mon and thursday).
Week 3 to 10 80mg anavar ED (40 am/pm)
Week 2-11 500iu hcg twice a week on the night of the test e pin
Week 2 to 11 arimidex .5mg EOD
