Anastrozole (arimidex) only binds to the aromatse enzyme for a certain period of time, after that it dies, leaving the enzyme free to convert to estrogen, so you experience a rebound of estrogen and without a SERM, you are at risk of getting gyno and other problems related to high estrogen. Aromasin on the other hand, binds permanently to the enzyme, that's why it's called a suicide AI.

Aromasin only works as long as it is in your system. Research the halflife. How can a drug continue to do anything when it is no longer in your system? Oh, I know. The magic of bro science lmfao

Actually I didn't "wait way too long to start pct", as I never intended to do pct. My intentions were to wait long enough for my T level to be low enough to BEGIN trt. Just didn't know they were gonna be that low after 21 days. I commented by sharing my experience, as you hear all sorts of claims about 2 weeks being the magical number. Some wait 3-4 weeks. Think Dr Scally has recommended waiting longer that 2 weeks (closer to 3-4 if I am not mistaken). However he has always said (and I agree) only bloodwork will tell you the exact time as everyone is different. As I stated in my original post, I can't imagine waiting longer.

That's a place you don't want to be. I read a lot when I first started. Unfortunately it was on a different site.

My first pin ever was 250mg of Test E. Followed by taking a 25mg Tablet of Exemstane. Three days later the same. Three Days later I was in a world of shit.

I no longer started taking everyone's advice. I started paying attention to who gives it. Cross referencing shit. Reading actual scientific studies and then comparing it to the brothers statements I have respected.

After a year of research, I still don't know shit. But I continue experimenting and keeping my eyes on those who sdont speak often, but when they do speak volumes.

9/10 it's the brothers you never see ridicule another bros physique, who never shill, or whom never getting into kissing contest with other members over irrelevant shit.

Well you may have a hard time believing this, but it's true. The low T clinic I go to has nurse practitioners running it. Doctors are in charge but are never there. I went in last year for annual BW. They asked if I wanted T level. I said sure. Level came back at 440 or something. The NP that was treating me said , " if you want it low enough to receive treatment, it needs to be below 350. We know you would feel so much better if it were normal and want to starttreating you. However insurance won't pay for it until its below 350. So take a bunch of Vicodin, get nice and drunk thenight before, or run you a brief cycle of sometestosterone. Stop abruptly then come backand ask the medical assistant to draw fortotal AM test. If it'sbelow 350, we will begin treatment." Hard tobelieve I know. But he has done a few cycleshimself and wanted tosee me on TRT. So, thatwhat I did.

LoL .. What part of permanent bidding did you not understand? And FYI your body continuously produce aromatase enzymes. This just proves that you don't even know what an AI is, and how it works, which is normal on meatheads. Unfortunately I couldn't find any study that backs the rebound effect, but it's a given by looking at how each generation AI works. You see, AI are mostly for cancer treatment, and most studys are about that.
