As far as i am aware i dont think clinics in ohio can take insurance either. My stepdad is going thre that right now and its all out of pocket.

Im not sure, my mom uses the female hormone dr (different facility but sister companies) they use a compounding pharmacy for all the products nothing is brand name. I didnt knowthere was such a thing until recently.

At one time the pain clinic's in Florida would do imaging, write scripts, and fill them all in house. Talk about some crazy shit lol. Those dudes that started those clinics made millions though. Anastrozole (arimidex) only binds to the aromatse enzyme for a certain period of time, after that it dies, leaving the enzyme free to convert to estrogen, so you experience a rebound of estrogen and without a SERM, you are at risk of getting gyno and other problems related to high estrogen. Aromasin on the other hand, binds permanently to the enzyme, that's why it's called a suicide AI.

I agree. The difference between suicides AI (exemestane) and not suicide (anastrozole, letrozole) is a common knowledge. I personally,use letrozole, I experienced rebound, when I unplugged, without shifting the dose (analysis in hand) now decrease the dosage gradually, so do not experience rebound. Instead Exemestane does not need to be scaled up gradually.

Instead of tampering down I maintain the dosage up to pct, and start the SERMS therapy, even if you experience the rebound and all that acne comes up due to all that eatradiol on your plasma, you have your tits protected. Even so, exemestane is way superior than letrozole, and it ups your igf 1 a little

Show me one piece of evidence stating that e2 is increased post cycle. Like I said it is a low testosterone to estrogen ratio that causes issues. Your e2 post cycle is decreased if anything not increased. Show me one bloodwork you have done with low testosterone and elevated e2.

My bloodworks, were pre cycle and mid cycle, which can be seen on my posts here. Don't have any pre pct. But even with aromasin legit pharma 12.5 ed , my estrogen was little above max level during my last cycle.
