If HDL have dropped, try to add some good fat to help this value (oleaginous, fish, olive oil, colza oil ...)Hello!

thank you for the info, i am not a big fan of them, but i guess i could add some omega3 pillsIf HDL have dropped, try to add some good fat to help this value (oleaginous, fish, olive oil, colza oil ...)
lower HDL is no problem, if LDL is good. on Omega 3 gel caps, I advice 1 grams of EPA/DHA daily dose.LDL was in perfect levels at , just HDL dropped
my normal BP is like 10/6 11/7 and while on the cycle the i had 12/7 - 13/7
but i think i am one of the lucky people to not get a high BP while on a cycle, or perhaps it s related that i have a smaller dose than a man, i know some girls with high BP but taking bigger doses and having masculinization effects

Thank you both for the info, it is really helpful, the people i know do not protect them properly so i didn't have any good advice, i only knew about the tudcaYour welcome.
Yes the most important are to have a good ratio of poly and mono saturated for helping the HDL and LDL, try to ban all junk food rich in saturated fat.
