Anadrol/deca/test log

What's up everyone I'm starting a log for my cycle that I started a few days ago. This isn't my first cycle. I ran Tren Ace and Test prop last year through the summer. I'm 26, 6"1. When I started my cycle I was 271. My last weigh in was 260. Currently "cutting".

Now before I get flamed for using these compounds to lose weight let me correct your thoughts...drugs don't make you lose weight. Only diet and exercise does. All the tren, winny, anavar, and clen in the world won't make you shredded if you're eating like shit and sitting in your ass.

Little history on myself. I used to be over 300 lbs 30% bodyfat. I got myself in the gym and got down to a lean 200lbs. After that I felt small so I experimented with pro hormones. Was up and down through the last couple of years. And now sitting at 260 and I'd estimate 15% body fat. When this cycle is over I'm hoping to be a very lean 220-230.

Cycle is as follows.

Weeks 1-6 100mg anadrol daily.
Weeks 1-16 500mg deca weekly.
Weeks 1-24 600mg test e weekly.
Weeks 8-13 100mg anadrol daily
Weeks 14-22 100mg tren ace eod.
Weeks 18-24 50mg Winstrol daily.

Followed by a pct. I have a lot of stuff sitting around for that I have decided on what I'm gonna do yet. I've clearly got some time.

I would say body fat is closer to mid-low 20's.

Lots of stuff in there.
You said it yourself, nutrition is key. If you have your heart set on AAS, why not just run test?
 
Nutrition is key in fat loss sure. But if your goal is to build as much muscle as possible while losing as much fat as possible then I'd say test isn't exactly enough. Not to mention i havnt come off test in about 6 months, and i probably never will, so I actually have done what you're saying. Once this is done I'll wait a couple months and get right back to the aas. Bigger, faster is my goal. At the end of it all in the years to come I'd like sustain 250lbs 10% body fat. And maybe then I'll compete just for the sake of the experience.
 
Can't remember the exact day I started. This is either day 7 or day 8. I'll go with with 7... so day 7.

As far as side effects go I'm doing okay so far. My blood pressure is a little high but the headaches are minor and sometimes not at all.

I don't feel bloated or puffy. I mostly stay away from carbs for that reason. I'll be weighing in on Saturday.

Strength has increased. I normally rep 315 On my flat bench on my 3rd set for 6 but yesterday I got it for 8 and probably could have gotten more but I workout alone so no spot. This morning I did shoulders, normally on dumbell press I do 105x10 110x10 110x6 but today I did 105x10 110x10 115x10.

So all in all I'm feeling okay so far. I'll update again in a few days unless something epic happens before then.
 
You say you are 261 at 6"1' in that pic? You look more like 220ish at 6"1' not 260. I would think you'd have to be like 6"6' to look like that. Where the hell is all this weight?

Ive just always carried my weight well. At 220 I was relatively lean, before using gear. So I'm hoping to be pretty shredded at that same weight this time around. I also have pretty big legs so could be that. Unfortunately I don't have a solid answer for that question lol
 
Also have an update. I only lost 1.2 pounds this week. Which kinda sucks. I know some of you would rather have the muscle gsin than the fat loss but for me the muscle has always been easy and the fat loss is hard. I know I also should be expecting these types of days due to the gear. But it's all a mental thing for me. Anyway I'll be adding cardio to my routine this week.

Side effects, chest is breaking out. Not real bad but you can see in this week's pic. Other then that i think I'm okay. Sleeping well. My dick works. Still head aches but very minor. All in all way better then having tren cough and night sweats. Ugh that shit sucks.

Numbers, I put up most of the good news in my other update a few days ago. Other then that I havnt really tested myself.

Misc, getting way more vascular in the back of my forearms. I feel like my delts are significantly improving. I go hard on them because I feel like they have always been a weak point.

Would you say your body is more endomorphic? Ever look into exercising and what not for your body type?
 
Yeah def Endo. And no not really. I try not to focus hard on what other people find usefully for themselves and mostly try to figure out what works for me on my own. Everyone is different in my opinion
 
Things are heating up now. I woke up today after having sushi for dinner last night, feeling very very tight, and full. I loved what I saw in the mirror. No gym today, today's a rest cheat day. Bagel for breakfast, chicken bacon ranch sandwich for lunch, and for dinner I'll probably just eat whatever my girlfriend makes. If she decides not to cook I'll either have some chicken breast if I'm even hungry or I'll just go to sleep cause I'm pretty full from the sandwich lol.

Not sure what's going on but my libido is through the roof. Can't keep my hands off my girlfriend, it's distracting. Last night after my boys went to bed she was in the bedroom reading or some shit while I sat down to play xbox. I couldn't even play. I had to go have sex I couldn't even concentrate on the game. Then I tried waking her up around 3 am for round 2 and when she wasn't into it i couldn't even fall back asleep without beating one out first. Then again first thing when I woke up and then had more sex twice today since then. My fuckin balls hurt at this point but I just can't get enough. Not complaining. But not what I expected.

Tomorrow is either chest or legs I havnt decided which. Will report any strength gains.
 
did Did 315x9 on flat bench. It felt so so light at first but around 6 I started to feel it. Did 225 5x5 on incline which is nothing I don't go hard on incline anymore because it makes my collar bones hurt. I used to only do incline I didnt even bother with flat or decline.

The pump was great today. Although nothing compares to the pump that tren gives me. I actually think that at times is too much. Can't even move my arms it hurts too much.

Head aches are pretty much gone. Still need to check blood pressure. Side effects are wearing away over al . Libido still high

Squats I went light. 5x5 225 next week I'll bump that to 315.

Loving the way I look. Can't wait to post a picture this Saturday.
 
Those are some good numbers for bench. You following any kind of routine? With all those drugs in you I'd try to hit up fasted cardio every morning so when that tren gets added your vascularity and seperation will be through the roof. And on another note Anadrol actually INCREASES your RBC count, so you should really be pushing yourself on cardio to make use of that, especially considering you won't like cardio while on tren. Keep it up bro good luck!
 
Thanks for the input much appreciated. Yeah I have been meaning to get on the fasted cardio but I'm having a ton of trouble getting out of bed in the morning and its killing my schedule. Now that you said that I'll likely stop being a bitch and gtfo of bed tomorrow lol.

As far as a routine goes, I don't do the same body part the same day each week so for example chest could be on a Monday or it could be on a Friday I like to keep myself interested that way. And I really like doing 5x5 strength training but I've only been doing that on things that I feel are hurting me (like incline bench) so I stick to a medium number and get my 25 reps in. Other than that I'm doing 3 sets of everything up to the heaviest weight I can do for 10 reps and then I drop set back down to really feel that burn.
 
So I got my ass up and did fasted cardio. Walked on level 4.5 on a level 10 incline for 15 mins. Forgot how much of a warmup it was.

Today I did back. Pretty basic workout, I did 3 sets of lat pull downs 200x10 220x10 240x8 then drop setted, pretty shitty considering my weight. I also did deadlifts which I haven't done in a while, 135x100000000 for a warm up. 225x10 315x10 405x10 and 495x1 because I was sweating so badly I had no grip. I don't use straps. I def could have gotten 8-10 on those.

Also did some abs today and every single day I work on my rear delts.

Side effects- not sure of I mentioned this before but I'm breaking out a lot on my chest and face. My back feels like sand paper but nothing is actually visible. And nothing seems to be getting worse either it sort of just stays where its at.
 
I seem to have caught a wild ass cold over the course of like 30 mins yesterday. Also my son has a 104 fever so I was up with him all night. So I didn't make it to the gym this morning, I'm lucky if I make it to work in the next half hour. Will update again tomorrow or if I end up getting a workout in by the end of tonight
 
What a shitty Past 24hours. Left work after an hour of being there. Went to the doctor. I have the flu. My son also has the flu. Didn't lift. Couldn't eat all day till about 630 when I finally was starving and ended up eating like shit. Then went to work at my second job (where I literally do nothing that's why I went) after that came home around 1130, passed out and didn't wake up till 1 today to the sounds of my kids running around the houses like lunatics...got up. Ate plain popcorn. Shit my brains out. Played xbox till just now.

Showering, going to the gym. Life has hiccups gotta get back to the grind.
 
That's a lot of gear right there. Def wanna see how this turns out. The gains will come quick if you no your shit. Just did a log myself got some pretty serious gains test e deca eq Dbol kicker. Got before and after pic. Starting phase 2 now. Drop deca added tren a. Gonna drop some winny and var later on. If your interested in seeing what the gains can be like check out my log pics. I did start off a lot lighter than you tho. Good luck get better n get back to crushing them weights.
