Yesterday I did chest, def weaker but could be because I worked out fasted. I started low woth 225x10 then 275x10 then 315 for only 4, and finally 365x2. I felt like my stamina was more off than my strength was otherwise I don't think I would have gotten the 365. Rest of the workout was as expected. Great pumps, looking much leaner.
Today I did shoulders and legs, couldn't do squats or anything because of my back but I repped out light weight on all the machines. For shoulders I did dumbell press 100x10 105x10 110x10 followed by military press, shrugs ect.
Side effects, bacne is still bad, was even bleeding on the benches from the pimples opening up (I cleaned it obviously) but I'm assuming since I've never had it on another cycle, and I've dropped the anadrol I'm gonna say it's from the deca, which I don't have much time left with so it should clear up after that's out of me. Going off of process of elimination.
Libido is way up, blue balls constantly. it's really annoying, no bullshit it gets so bad I can't walk.
Tomorrow I weigh in. Hoping for a 3lb loss but I'll take anything weight is weight. Pictures will be up in the am.
