Anadrol/deca/test log

Well it seemed okay till yesterday but yeah I agree with you. def not needed. Now I know. I mostly did it because I still had an entire bottle which lasts 5 weeks, and I was only supposed to be on for another 2. So I was like fuck it and just doubled the dose to polish it off. When I go back on in 2 weeks I'll be back to 100mgs.

Are you planning on getting bloods before you hop back on in two weeks? I hope so.
 
So today was fun. Less liver pain. No drol in me for the last 2 days. And I flat benched 405 finally for the first time ever. Even after 2 sets of 315x10. I lifted my ass a bit. But otherwise I'm pretty happy.

And I just put my order in with my connect for the remainder of my cycle. And I went ahead and added a compound that I'm excited to use. Here it is.


Thankfully I'm now done with buying gear for this cycle. I've got plenty of pins and vials to last me the rest of the way. All I have to do is work my ass off like I do and watch the results unfold. So far things are great. Can't wait for more milestones.
 
No no no, no more orals man. Don't take the anadrol week 8-13. And pick either winny or var to close it out. Do not do that to your liver. Yeah gains are nice but they don't come when you're laying in a hospital bed. Get bloods and hold off on the orals for now.
 
Ah man I hate when somebody is right when you don't want theme to be. The results with them stacked is supposed to be so wicked.
 
All right so havnt updated in a week or so. I've been back on the anadrol for a little over a week. I'll be on for 3 more. Then comes the tren. I'm feeling real big. 267lbs. In preparation for seriously trying to lean out once I'm off the drol I picked up a shit load of sectioned tubaware (spelling?) And a food scale. And about 450$ worth of chicken, fish, steak, vegetables and 2 tubs of flavorless protein. Can't wait to lose the water and slim out my waist.

Strength is stupid, did 405 again on flat but still only one. And before that I did 315, 2 sets of 15. I'm even curling 70lb dumbells, and no Im not swinging haha. Havnt dead lifted cause I seriously fucked my back up 2 weeks ago repping 405. Which is light for me, I did that natty for years. But I was sweating like crazy and the bar was slipping so i dropped it real fast and hurt myself. Which means I can't squat either lts hard to even bend over at work.

Side effects are all the same still. Liver doesn't hurt anymore. Hasn't in a few weeks. Some bacne. Some irritability. Nothing crazy. Dick still works fine.

Decided to switch it up a bit. Want to see what will happen with tren while still on the drol. So I shot a total of 3cc's last night with the tren and still on 100mgs of drol ed for the next 3 weeks. After that I'll be done with the drol completely and ill continue the cycle as I I intended. Sounds crazy but I think I may be able to get up 5 plates on flat bench by the time this over. I can feel myself getting stronger by the min.

Current diet is clean as fuck, 265g protein daily and usually about 2500 calories.
 
Good lift yesterday. Repped 365 on flat bench for 5. Then again did 405x1 kept my ass nice and flat. I know I havnt updated a squat or deadlift in a while but it's cause I hurt my back a few weeks ago so I just want to make sure I'm well healed before jumping into that. Last thing I want is a permanent injury. Almost done with the drol. Been eating super super clean. And I can not wait till shed the fat, the bloat and the mass is making difficult to even put my socks on in the morning. Yuck. I'm ready to shred up. Especially since I've officially decided on a show. I think I will make a very lean 225-230 in the open men's CLASSIC physique.

 
Interesting chest day yesterday. Couldn't even get 405 off my chest. I will def point the finger at losing 9lbs in a single week. But I'm not worried about it. I still got my reps for 365 so I'll stick to that for a while. Everyone knows you can't keep all your strength while dieting. But I do plan to keep 365 in my pocket throughout the rest of this journey.

I made yesterday my last day on the drol, I'm just tired of it so I cut it 2 days short (big whoop) I'm just ready to shred up already.

Been getting the good old Tren night sweats, not too bad but enough to wake me up a few times a night where I have to flip my pillow over or swap it out for a new one lol. Dick still works. Libido is pretty average. Aggression is also pretty average other than little shit that irritates me but I never let it get out of hand.
And some nasty acne on my back lol. Which to be honest I sort of had before so w.e

Today I'll probably do shoulders, I may start dropping my weight cause part of the reason I struggled benching yesterday was because my joints felt like the were gonna bust apart In my wrists, elbows, and collar bones.so I think it's time to take it easy with that and focus on my reps for a while.

Diet is very much on point, I had a killer cheat day on Saturday after I weighed in. And then right back to it Sunday morning. Today I feel lean. I love when I feel lean, stand there and flex in the mirror for 20 mins when I should be getting ready for work. Haha. Can't wait for Saturdays weigh ins.
 
Only lost one pound this week. Which is fine but being that I dropped the drol I thought I would have lost more due to having a lot less water retention. Oh well we'll see.
 
Messed my back up at work. I do that think it will ever be the same.

Also couldn't help myself but to have some popcorn at the movies last night. Haha. Not the worst thing ever. I'll likely skip my cheat day this week and wait till my family's 4th of july vacation next week upstate away from everyone and thing. Shooting guns and drinking a shit load of alcohol.

Tren officially kicked in. Super vainy and super horny. And like I saod a few weeks back I get the good old skin splitting pumps.
I think strength increase will be another week or 2 before anything noticeable though. Mainly cause I'm dieting but also cause last time I didn't feel much in that department until I was a solid 10 weeks in or so.
 
Yesterday I did chest, def weaker but could be because I worked out fasted. I started low woth 225x10 then 275x10 then 315 for only 4, and finally 365x2. I felt like my stamina was more off than my strength was otherwise I don't think I would have gotten the 365. Rest of the workout was as expected. Great pumps, looking much leaner.

Today I did shoulders and legs, couldn't do squats or anything because of my back but I repped out light weight on all the machines. For shoulders I did dumbell press 100x10 105x10 110x10 followed by military press, shrugs ect.

Side effects, bacne is still bad, was even bleeding on the benches from the pimples opening up (I cleaned it obviously) but I'm assuming since I've never had it on another cycle, and I've dropped the anadrol I'm gonna say it's from the deca, which I don't have much time left with so it should clear up after that's out of me. Going off of process of elimination.

Libido is way up, blue balls constantly. it's really annoying, no bullshit it gets so bad I can't walk.

Tomorrow I weigh in. Hoping for a 3lb loss but I'll take anything weight is weight. Pictures will be up in the am.
 
Didn't lose an weight. Back to the drawing board, adding cardio and cutting my protein 20 grams.

But I feel like I look leaner. Idk. Maybe the popcorn on Wed fucked me all up. Wasn't smart but some times you just got to chill out. W.e not dwelling on what I should I have did just going to change what im going to do. Here are the pictures from this morning.
