Anadrol, Test E, Tren A first cycle advice

Hi Guys, just looking for some advice on supplements to take with my first Cycle on Anadrol, Test E 300mg and Tren A 100mg and PCT

I'm currently 9st 6lbs at 5"7

Going to be running anadrol for first 4 weeks, and then going on to test e at 300mg per week and tren a 100mg per week for the following 8 weeks, my diet is very good with the usual chicken, tuna, salmon, green veg, Brown rice and wholegrain pasta, 2 protein shakes daily currently consuming around 150g of protein daily, cut out all fizzy drinks and now on only water, cranberry juice and shakes, just looking for some advice on any supplements to look after my liver etc, currently taking milk thistle and have Nolva and clomid ready for PCT, starting on the Anadrol this week obviously this is my first course so any

Hold off on any orals . And run the fuck away from Tren! Is this a troll post?! Anyway if you are genuine just run test . Test alone ( with proper diet / training) will blow your socks off. Also running multi compounds on a first cycle will prevent you from pinpointing sides. Dose anyone read anymore BEFORE they post shit? Anyway good luck, lots of great info here.
 
I assume you weigh 100lbs because even on the internet every cookie cutter diet says to eat 1.5g protein per lb of body weight. Curious what researching and experience you’ve done to build your diet.

It isn't my first Cycle on Steroids, I've ran dianabol and test before and gained around 3st in 12 weeks and retained around 1st 6lbs however it's my first cycle on anadrol, test and tren together probably should have worded it a bit better, my protein intake is probably higher than that, 2 shakes a day = 50g protein, grenade bar =20g of protein, usually get through 3 packs of chicken as snacks so again around 80g of protein during the day, porridge for breakfast every morning and then either chicken salmon or Turkey for dinner with brown rice or pasta, potatoes and veg so yes probably alot kore than 150g of protein the point of the post is to ask for advice on PCT and supplements to ensure I run as safely as possible i haven't ran anything for 2 years and lost quite a bit as stopped going to the gym for 6 months after moving house and transferring my business to a new town etc just didnt have the time but I'm now back to training properly have sorted my diet out and feel I'm in a good position to go again now
 
Just run test at 400-600 mg PW. If your not a competitive bodybuilder, this cycle is unnecessarily risky health wise IMO.
If you cant make great gains on just test, either your not working out nearly hard enough or you have bad genetics. Your health is FAR more important than looking jacked for a few months.
If you MUST run more than test, how bout just adding deca at bout 400mg pw. Very effective and a lot safer, plus you can avoid the emotional sides from drol and tren

Introduce one new steroid at a time. Tren and drol are both hard on the body. Pick one or the other based on goals and give it a go. Also 2-3 shakes/bars a day is a bit much unless you’re just trying to gain weight. Get more regular food in there , this will also be based on goals.

Thanks for the genuine advice mate, yes I am trying hard to gain the weight haven't started the course yet and managed to put on 4lbs in last 4 days, I'm currently 9st 6lbs and ideally I'd like to be at around 12/13st, I got up to 12st previously but stopped training for a few months after moving house etc and I've lost alot, but trying to stack on as much weight as I can again naturally now before I run the course but after all the advice I may give just the test ago at 300mg p/w and see how I get on
 
You don't need that much drugs friend, take it from a guy who ran tren and drol his second cycle and still managed to look like shit (but gained a lot of scale weight, whatever, not worth it and not worth the damage to health markers): no one with less than a year of AAS experience is going to be able to optimize that level of drug. It's a sheer waste of time and money.

If I could go back in time to when I was starting my first cycle, here is what I would do:

1. Get as lean as I possibly could before hand
2. Hire a coach
3. Tell them about cycling plans
4. Spend 6-12 weeks training and dieting with them without drugs to learn your body and get you up to speed
5. Start cycle

If I did that from the start, I firmly believe I could achieve in 1.5 years what took almost 4. No exaggeration, and this is from someone who trained hard, never missed a planned session and never fell off training for longer than a couple days in that time frame.

Not to mention, how much damage I could mitigate to health markers by being smarter. I'm far more critical of myself than most people would be when it comes to gear use so maybe my recommendation is a little extra, but if you want someones hindsight/insight, there it is.

Look at guys in there early 20's for example who are able to achieve impressive things in this sport within a few years: you can bet the path they took is similar to the steps I outlined and less so than a guy who went balls deep with tech his first round.

Hey Mark278,, this is the better way to go for your second cycle. Save your anadrol for another cycle down the road. If you feel your happy with the gains you are making on 300mg test a week,, then stay with it. If you feel you need another steroid,, then I would add NPP at around 300mg to 400mg a week. Another option you could utilize is 400mg test a week and 350mg masteron enanthate a week. As for your third cycle goes,, you could try test E at 400mg a week and DHB at 400mg a week. Maybe consider the anadrol and tren for a fourth cycle. Let us know how your cycle goes!
 
If youre realy trying to pile on the weight you gotta eat. Tren will not help as much as more test or adding deca. Drol wont hurt in that dept either. Eat as much meat and potatoes as you can, sandwiches, pasta, rice, salmon,pork, eggs, nuts, oils, dressings, these are are better for muscle/weight gain than shakes and bars.
