Your friend doesn't need 7mg adex.... He's just going about his protocol shitty.
I'm sure his cholesterol is tanked now due to that adex. If he has a coach, or any friends with at least an inch of knowledge...they'd help him and explain this ..
Instead of trying to lower estrogen with a compound that does nothing for muscle gain, why not lower the test down to 500 mg and add proviron at 50-75mg daily. It's anabolic and will harden you up plus lower shbg which is a plus and also brin down e2. I bet he'd be in range with 50-75mg a day and at 500mg.

first, proviron wont build gram of muscle.

second, if he needs 7mg of arimidex to not be bloated mess with high bp and mood swings, proviron wont do it either.

he could use aromasin which doesnt affect hdl but ai is needed.

my friend had 240 pg/ml on 675mg of test per week. without Ai it was no go. kilos of water, acne, no libido, bloated af. 1mg arimidex eod and he is in range without sides.

Mate sorry but your experience with peds is zero. Some people are just born to not use peds....

Proviron will 100% help build muscle..it'll lower shbg and free up free test which in turn will build more muscle. And for you to say aromasin doesn't affect hdl is hilarious. You can bet your last breath your cholesterol is affected on aromasin or arimidex.
