Anavar and liver support (NAC)

In all seriousness, I take NAC... I like it. I started taking it when I saw Milos has all his clients take it pre and post workout. I am not sure how much, or what, it is actually doing... I do know it tastes worse than any other supplement I've ever tried, by far...
 
Before i jump into my stats, this is what is on my mind..Planning ahead for my 2nd cycle, would like to take Anavar for 6 weeks at 50mg/day. Of course i will be taking it alone with Test Cyp at 200mg/week.
In anticipation of live support I would be taking NAC. Depending on bloods i would start with 1800mg/day and go up to 2400mg/day if enzymes had elevate by mid-cycle bloods ie week 4.

My Stats:
43yrs young.
5'10.
218.
29%BF per Bod Pod.
Hitting weights since Junior High...I think i was 13 or 14 then till i turned 20. At that point i got into amateur boxing and did that competitively for 7 years, so obviously the focus from weights shifted drastically. Took the next 7 years off...got married, had kids, divorce, we to school and got an education, landed a great job. But always was on/off with the weights.
Fast forward 6 years ago to 2010 and i made my mind to get back to weight training and incorporate it as part of my life.
Since 2010 i have been doing a lot of catching up..Times sure have changed since Lee Haney was the king of O. Been doing a lot of reading and learning about my heath an how to eat properly, etc. I have finally learned how to be consistent.

Started TRT back on Feb 2015. TT was 208 and Free was 61.
Currently taking 200mg/week which i split at 100mg 2x week (Monday morning and Thursday evening) which keeps me in the upper 700s mid week.

I did a short blast at 400mg/week for approximately 8 weeks and was vitalized to say the least. That was like 6 months ago..I want to do another cycle, my "2nd cycle" but this time i want to keep the Test at 200mg/week and want to include the Var as stated above.

Question, If i take 10mg pills of Var @ 50mg/day, and space them out every 8 hours, where and how often in between do i take liver support meds?

Thank you all in advance. There is a ton on info left out but I'm sure the questions will extrapolate any info i couldn't squeeze in on the initial post.
Also, just pointing out, ~30% bodyfat... You should be weary to even consider anabolics currently. I would rather lower your BF% by at least 10% before taking AAS... I do however feel I am wasting my time by even posting this.

Bro. I would never consider anything you have to say as insulting and certainly not a waste of time. It’s been a while now, and I’m down significantly in BF since the posts. Nevertheless, in retrospect, I can now also say that your a 100% correct. By this I mean it all the work I put in and the dieting and all the gear, etc, the superficial evidence what not as enhances as it would have clearly been had I been down those BF numbers. However, noting is in vain. I’m in the lower 20’s and hope to be in the teens by this summer if I continue in the fashion.

Nevertheless, I appreciate your taking the time to comment.

I just care about your health first... I worry that your heart is working extra hard (not to mention other organs etc.) due to the high BF%.... I'm really glad to hear you're getting healthier!

Low teens is a great maintenance level of BF... Keeps insulin sensitivity relatively high, but it's also sustainable without much discomfort in terms of diet or training. Also, it allows you to go balls deep in a crazy cut pretty easily if summer, or whatever, is rolling around.

Excited to see you continue to transform.

I try diligently to implement things I learn here on Meso, and I play particle attention to brothers such as yourself.
We make some mistake, and hopefully we learn from them. I can’t go back in time, but I can make sure to take the necessary steps to remedy where I went wrong.

There is so much to learn here, so I’m still absorbing. In time I’ll post a cycle log and some before/current pics. Just not ready until I have some solid experience to offer. Last I want to do is misinform someone.
