would anavar at 30mg/d and PL winny at 50mg/d for six weeks be a good cycle to gain 10 to 15lbs of good muscle. I am looking for something light but good solid gains. Stats: 6ft 200lbs

add test stagger orals, it lowers your chance of liver problems and it will help you keep the gains....

i would recommend adding in test. but if your dead set on using these 2 products only, then i would recommend using one, then the other. all while using a good liver protectant. just know that you'll have to go through recovery anyway.

bump the var to 50mg/ED for some good gains. as always, diet and traininf, along with rest, are the most important factors in making gains.

but at 6 weeks, it's not likely you'll get that much gains. do you agree joe? not 15lbs anyway. maybe, if you up the dose of the var, like joe said, and run each for 4 weeks back-to-back for a total of 8 weeks, maybe then you'll approach those numbers. why not add the test? what's your apprehension? you'll get much better gains.

I have done alot of test and just trying to do a lighter cycle right now with less sides and good retainable gains. Plus my girl is on my back to lay off the hard shit. I have drol and suspension ready to but she won't let me touch them. I need a plan what do you guys think?

personally, i'd run the var at 30-50mg ed, depending on what your goal is, for 8 weeks and skip the winny. this way you won't have to worry about your joints.

if you want to add some mass, then you'll need atleast 50mg/ED of var. instead of winny, and like chip said about the joint aches, why not primo? the var will shut you down. so will winny. so will primo. but with primo, you dont get the joint problems. however, you'll need more of it to make good gains. 600mg/wk of primo, along with 50mg/ED of var for 10 weeks should get you close to the 15 lbs. no bloat.

now before people start talking about running var for 10 weeks....how many of us run an oral at the beginning of a cycle, then another at the end??? same difference...no? just get a liver protectant.

thats some great advice but i can't get primo. I normally use PL and was going to get his var but he doesn't have primo unfortunately. If I could find primo I would do it also.

a couple of bros are selling a few rsoc primos in the classifieds. one is chikin and i can't remember the other. just take a look. good prices too.

yeah I was trying to get on the new list for RSOC, didn't get in time, so I wasn't sure who to trust buying second hand RSOC.

rsoc has run out so even if you're on the list it's a no go. chikin is a good bro; he's been around a long time. regardless, you can check with rsco to confirm that these bros have actually bought from him. so if they have and the bottles are sealed with the holograms, you'll be good to go. just takes a little bit of effort on your part to make it happen.
