I have 50 caps of 50mg I plan on starting to take on week 8 of my 16-week 400mg test/wk cycle. Reading around, barely anybody is taking 50mg a day and I'm looking for a better way to go about this.
So my questions are:
Should I try to split the caps?
Should I change my plan for how I take them?
---Such as taking them before week 8 and with a lower dose.
Should I even take it on days I don't get a good workout in?
