Hello!
I would like to share the blood work I've had done recently.
Hilma Testosterone Propionate 100mg EOD Bloods 12 Hours After Last Shot)
I’ve been running Hilma Testosterone Propionate at 100mg EOD for about 4 weeks now, and thought I'd share my experience and blood work results. I chose propionate because it’s a fast-acting ester, and I wanted something with a relatively short half-life. I took it with the intent to gain some lean muscle while staying lean during a bulk.
The propionate ester can sting a bit, but it’s manageable with Hilma. I would recommend rotating injection sites to minimize discomfort.
Effectiveness: Within the first week, I started to feel the familiar energy boost and increased strength. I noticed more aggression in the gym and improved recovery times. The strength gains were solid but not extraordinary (with this dosage). I would say that it helped with getting through tough workouts and feeling better overall during the day. There was also a noticeable increase in muscle fullness.
Side Effects:As expected, I experienced some mild water retention, but nothing excessive. I was keeping my diet clean, so it didn’t seem to balloon up too much.
Blood Work (12 Hours After Last Shot):I had my blood drawn 12 hours after my last shot, and here’s the result:
- Testosterone 69.40 nmol/l = 2000 ng/dL
- Estrogen (E2): Slightly elevated, but not too concerning. I didn’t experience any heavy bloating or sensitivity.
- Hematocrit & RBC: Both were within a normal range, but there was a slight increase, which is typical with higher testosterone levels.
Hilma propionate is definitely effective, it delivers solid results in terms of strength, energy, and muscle fullness. My blood work supports that this dosage is enough to keep me in the sweet spot. If you’re comfortable with daily or every other day injections and can handle the minor side effects, this is a solid choice. The rapid onset of effects, however, is what really stands out. I'll likely switch to a longer ester for convenience in future cycles, but for now, it’s been a great experience.
