Androgens causing puffy face!!??? Please help!!!

Hey guys I'm around 10-12% bf and I noticed whenever I would run androgens like tren, winstrol, or masteron, etc it would cause my face muscles(jaw muscles, under the chin muscles, etc) to get bigger but as well make my cheeks puff since I have genetically have chubby cheeks and it looks HORRIBLE.

It's been 5 days since my last winstrol dose, it should of been out of my system completely few days ago so has the emphasized face muscles but it's still there but not as bad, anyone ever dealt with this emphasized face muscles and how to get rid of it asap? It makes me look really ugly and I hate it. I've been doing like 3 hours of cardio and full bodyworkouts everyday to get rid of it.

I guess it's because the the steroid causes water to be pulled from other areas into the muscles and exaggerates them.

It looks like this(it doesnt look too bad in the first guy since he's shredded but the second guy you can tell it looks ugly)

Sounds like you carrying water... Maybe the gesr your using isnt the same gear named on the label
 
How is your diet, sodium in check?
I do 3 hours of cardio daily and 2-3 hours of lifitng most days and I barely eat any carbs and sodium because I'm afraid of the bloating and eat under 2000 calories, daily. I know the face muscles is causing my cheeks to protrude and I hate it and I can feel the muscles going down so maybe I have to just keep waiting another day or so..
 
Happening to me right now to.. In my 5th week of a test only cycle I keep belly bloat down with AI but my face seems to not budge
 
How many threads are you going to make about this? This is like the 10th thread you've made about this shit.

Did you ever consider the fact that 'puffy' is just how your face looks in general and holding water from AAS just amplifies that? It's not rocket surgery....

Man if water retention bothers you that much then don't use steroids.

So you would rather feel like shit all day from that constant deficit, look flat as shit from no carbs and sodium, and blunt progress in the gym just because your cheeks protrude?

Good lord man, you need a therapist or a plastic surgeon or something because this obsession with facial aesthetics is beyond nuts.
 
If your AI doesn't take care of it .. Either Lower your dose of what your using or don't use any AAS. I'm going thRough the same thing I look like a chipmunk but I'm growing like a weed
 
Hahah. This is pretty much inevitable for the most part. If you are after that pretty boy look you don't even need AAS. I'll admit it bothers me too, when I am at nearest to my leanest yet look chubby to the average eye that sees me with a shirt on.
Growing a beard can hide the stuff under the chin fairly well. But you need to keep it somewhat trim on the sides so it doesn't make your face look even bigger.
I pretty much need to be calorie depleted severely or off cycle to not have my face look thicker than it should.

T is supposed to re-distribute fat AWAY from your face. Ever since I went on Clomid, my face became more defined instead of puffier... Weird!
 
Try 3 hours of LIFTING...drop the cardio to 30min

Other than that, it's not the tren or winny that's giving you moon face. What exactly are you eating. Something you're eating is fucking with your water retention.
