another first cycle thread (test e, 500 wk)

Will be doing 500ml test e for 10 weeks 2 pins of 250 a week Monday and Thursday. Hoping to gain 5 to 10 kg by February 2016. 2 weeks after last pin PCT
clomid 75/50/50/25 and nolva 40/40/20/20.
Got blood work on the 9/11/15 everything came up within normal limits.


Stats...
30yr old
62 kg
175cm
6.7% bf


Routine...
Mon: chest and back
Tues: legs abs
Wed: arms
Thurs: rest
Fri: shoulders back
Sat: chest and legs
Sun: rest


Diet...
Honestly as for proteins fats and carbs i don't really measure anything out. alarm on my phone set for every 2 hours. usually shit load of veg, chicken, sweet potato, brown rice, tuna, eggs. Supps i hardly use but when i do its just whey protein when i miss a meal.


Pin 1 19th November

Using 3 ml plungers and feel I cannot be as accurate with dose as I would be with 1ml. still went ahead with right glute, went in smoothly. No pain.



Pin 2 23rd November

Still on 3ml plungers and now confident on dose. Hit nerve hallway though and thigh twitched went full in, injection was smooth no pain.



will update as often as i can. what your thoughts so far? cheers.

How did you measure bf? I would think that your bf is more than 7%.
Is it just the lighting on the photo or do you have gyno predisposition?
Anyway, i would recomend that you eat as much as you can to gain some mass, 60kg is pretty low for that hight so i assume your main problem is eating enough, aas wont help you much if you dont eat.

i have a body analysis machine at my gym that gave me by bodyfat %. im guessing the machine isnt as accuate as they say it is.
come to think of it i do have larger chest compared to the rest of my body. wasnt going to run adex on cycle hmm maybe i should.

Dude, I know you don't want to hear it but you shouldn't be running a cycle right now. You need to put on some mass and build a foundation naturally before jumping on AAS. If you don't know how many calories you are consuming per day then there is no way your diet is on point for AAS. Not to mention tracking your macros so you know how much protein, fats, and carbs you are getting. You could be eating the healthiest food but if you don't know how to eat for your goals then you are not going to get the results you want. All you'll end up with is side effects especially since you weren't planning on using an ai. Put on 25-30 lbs of mostly lean muscle with your diet and natural training before you do a cycle.

I recommend stopping now before you do harm to yourself. There is probably no need for pct as this point but maybe Doc or vet can answer that.

i dont normally eat every 2 hours, yea i know its not measured out but its alot more food than i was having.

One thing is for sure brother, you need to know how much your eating. It's easy to do. Just sit down and figure every calorie then figure the protein, carbs and fat. Add it all up then let us know the results. If your goal is to get big then you need to eat big. Forget about gaining fat and just eat.
I'm not going to tell you to stop your current cycle although that's not bad advice, but I am going to tell you if you plan on getting anything out of this cycle you better eat like a pig. You need to pack on some weight. The point is you can definitely make some solid gains from where you stand right now just by increasing your calories. Also your 30 years old and can make up your own mind on whether or not you want to finish the cycle you've started. I was way younger than you when I started, but I had a lot more foundation than you also. Don't get me wrong, you don't look bad brother. You just need to pack on some size. You can easily reach your current goal without AAS supplementation if you have the patience.
One key thing I thought I might mention to you is if you don't eat a shit load more than you are and you get some good gains from this cycle then enjoy them while they last. The truth is that you will lose the gains you make in no time flat after your cycle if you're not eating enough to support your new weight. You will lose some even if you do eat enough but the majority of it would just be water weight. Taking an AI during the cycle should help reduce some of the water retention. Plus eating the right foods and drinking a crap load of water will help.
Whatever you decide to do you will find plenty of great info here on Meso and some good bros that will help you out along the way with diet and exercise.
As far as needing a pct if you decide to just stop the cycle it will not be needed. Yes the two pins you've already done have started to go to work on your system but not to any extent that would require any sort of pct. You will recover fine. If you stop just go get some bloods again after a month or so to make sure your body has started back up. The best of luck to you brother.
