Shit, you're in EU right? Changes things a bit. I checked Driada and its in stock there. 50 tabs for 27 Euros. I think most guys run it for 12 weeks, so I'd grab 2x.

But afaik, Nolva is pretty much just as effective, just not as "clean" as ralox, kind of like an aromasin/adex thing. So I'd imagine you'll be fine with the Nolva.

also, aromasin is workin. i almost pissed myself during this night. woke up and i was like hydrant. from 85,5 back to 83kg. bloat is more or less gone, im not water buffalo anymore, feeling much better. midsection is much tighter, abs are almost back (still too fat for them :( )

gonna hit legs in 2 hours, i have big bowl of pasta with chicken infront of me. insert happy noises.

Nice, caught it early so I'm sure everything will be fine. Not like a tiny nodule of gyno would be the end of the world anyways. I probably have a bit from being fat all through my teen years.

its not issue for me. just new experience, i expected to get it sooner or later. fuck around and find out kind of. and i fuck around a lot.

if it will grow i will have excuse to have local lipo around chest cause thats worst "fatty area" for me. will see how it will look after cut next year.

will do. my powerlifting friend is waiting for me. barbell squats first, cant wait honestly.

ive squatted my max after loooong time again, 3 plates / 140kg. not impressive at all but its not easy for me. hamstrings are cooked, ass as well. knees are not happy, they dont like heavy abuse ... fckin joints

someone switched libido to "on"... i barked in gym. holyshit this is bad :D its almost comical what e2 does. 3 days before i had 0 interest, today i couldnt keep my head and eyes straight. but i had great time, great mood and energy.

tomorrow pullday or rest, will see. im gonna smash sourdough bread with bit of soft cheese and ham. insert happy noises and dedly farts.

pullday today. i was alone in gym almost. rammstein and back, great combo.

i added bit more volume, basicly one set where i end up 1 or 2 reps before positive failure. then all out set (if possible, with spotter). i had longer rest time between sets which was bit hard cause im used to load more plates, change music and go. again.

anyway, it was very good workout. some naaasty pumo (had pack of haribo gummies before workout, 87g carbs).

also, ive tried to snap a few pics but i have no idea how people do back poses and do photo. i cant do one thing, not 2 at the same time... so i attached few not good photos, whatever...

tomorrow will be restday and sauna probably.

gyno lump is smaller or gone, not sure. it doesnt hurt anymore, i cant feel it almost. probably nolvadex will help with it, i think i catched it in very early stage. im glad i had nolva stashed...

little update

everything sort of goin according to plan...
week 3 of 500mg test per week
still on 4iu of hgh, not gonna increase it
nolvadex 20mg per day
aromasin from this week 3x25mg, bit of experiment, hopefully wont need dbol for crashed e2. if so, i have some stashed for that reason

scale weight is all over the place but morning fasted today was 86,5kg. during workout i was at 87,9kg midday. i feel heavy already. some days i cant stop eating, some days i feel like shit for unknown reason. keeping fats as low as possible, around 200g of protein and rest are carbs

workouts are good, still progressing here and there, small pr's every workout. friends are telling me im looking bigger every week. honestly i dont like the way i look but it is what it is. im not doin photos often cause of that...

i missed one push workout last week due to work, couldnt do anything about it. i was angry and raging but... work...

im in bit weird place mentally, i dont feel my best and its slowly getting worse and worse. but sure if its due to juice, probably not but it may be increasing it...

ive put TNE back to stash and i have to get e2 checked in about 2 weeks and stabilize it. i want it in about 30-35 pg/ml.

other than that, everything else is the same. wake up, work, gym, eat, sleep. pretty boring life.
 
some updated...

this week is deload. my joins and soft tissue needs recovery. last weekend ive had issue during pull workout, something snapped weirdly and i had sharp pain under my scapula, during shrugs. not sure what i could do wrong.

next day i went to my massage/chiropractor/sadist guy. imagine 120kg juiced up ukrainian guy. i had one disc popped out of alignment and huge muscle spazms around right side of scapula. he worked on me a lot, ive screamed from pain and im good again. sauna after

anyway, today i was back at gym, took it lightly, same for rest of this week. my body asked for break .. but i must say, it feels super weird to not go to failure and destroy myself there. accute feeling of not achieving goal, unhappy etc. but its needed.

next week i will do blood test, i need to check cbc, if it will be ok, i will do experiment and bump up test to 750.
also, i need to check e2, crp and sodium/magnesium/potassium balance cause my hands are too numb from gh. its probably sodium and water retention and not enough potassium.

i need to fix it, or at least try cause my hands are not very comfortable. cant jerk off 90% of the time :D cause i cant hold preassure on the hog... kind of weird issue.

also, i maybe have some early signs of carpal tunel. sooo i will try to fix it with balancing minerals first.
if it wont help, next step to mix it less powerfull and if it wont help either, i will need to reduce dose.

anyway, for this week i had less carbs cause no gym so morning fasted weight is around 85,5kg, naked, after piss. water weight from high e2 is kind of away, i dont look like bloatlord that much. during day, in gym, i was at 88,3kg. will see where i will end.
 
Try megadosing magnesium for the numb hands, 1000-1200mg Bisglycinate, 200-300 with each meal. Also taurine, 6-8 grams a day. I wouldn’t reduce sodium since you have low bp but I’d try to raise potassium a little.

so doubling the mag, i take around 650mg in capsules.

with water gain from test, bp is more stable, around 110-115 / 55-60.

i can SEE visibly water in hands a bit. not that veins palms. but its not terrible

Yeah, you can always titrate up and when it starts getting you diarrhoea back off to the previous dose. I wouldn’t do it though I just make sure I take 800mg Bisglycinate and honestly I take it all before bed with no issues. If you notice it giving you the shits just cut a little the dose.

i did 1g before bed in the oast and no issues with that tbh.
i think i will wait until next week for any changes tho, i never checked my mineral balance before so i will have at least some baseline.

but tbh, my joint pain isnt exactly good rn. it very well could be gh. will see

I had similar issues a few months ago and went for labs, and my sodium was too low. I was suspecting the opposite, was a complete surprise.

well, that would be shocking tbh (insert thinkin emoji).

but i dont think that will be my case. last week i added maybe bit too much salt on stuff and my hands were numb, bloated fingers and my weight went up. i looked much bigger and fuller, sure but ive lost some definition. you could tell im baloon.

now i pulled back salt and it went away.

will see.

also, i hope that my e2 will be around 30-40 pg/ml, thats my target. this is week 4 of 500 test, i can feel that its stable finally, with ai in place.

time to destabilize it again :D :D

another small update...

after last week's deload i feel much better, joints and connective tissue needed break.
i pulled sodium lower and it helped with water retention and numb hands big time. i can finally jerk off :D

trainin like madman with good training partner, he just hit 200kg bench. it was wild, ive never seen anyone bench that much.
still PPL / R / PP / R, still to failure on 90% of lifts.

friend told me im getting bigger week by week. morning weight, naked, after piss is around 88,5-89kg, during day im bit more than 90kg.

basicly, its been about 9-10 weeks? since i added kcals and im up around 13-14kg.
lot of water and glykogen, some fat (expected) but some muscle hopefully. i can still see some abs with veins around, vascularity stayed mostly. im getting stronger on every lift slowly, tbh its mindblowing to see and im bit affraid to push weights too fast.

today i checked cbc if i dont have thick blood (i dont), results attached. cause im labrat and i wanna see what will happem, i will bump up test to 750 per week.
its been 4 weeks on 500, this is 5th one. i will try to push to at least 16th week, hopefully i wont get too fat.

gh will stay at 4iu, reta at 2iu. from time to time when i feel like it, i pop 50mg of abombs and push intensity up. it works nicely as preworkout, stupid pumps and fullness, bit too watery for my taste tho.

hunger is... weird. i can go without food for half day, like today. i was fasted, without any breakfest before blood draw and i could go without food until lunch. im not hungry all the time but if i can eat, i can eat big. like, portions and amount of food is bit crazy for me sometimes. im tryin to keep it clean as much as possible tho.

as much as i enjoy limitless energy in gym, brutal workouts and excelent recovery, i dont like the way i look. people keep tellin me that i look good, big, full, round etc etc but i still prefer lean, depleated, veiny look.
im looking forward for next cut.
