Stumbled across this site and started reading post and topics. I have experimented in the past let my routine slip and then got hurt and had some health problems. Now I'm back on the team and trying to train as hard as my work will let me . I'm a big guy, 6'4 310 pounds . I have an amazing girlfriend who is in good shape and makes me healthy food all the time but i want more results and gains that I was used to years ago . Basically looking for tips,tricks, and any help I can get ! Thanks
