What's up guys? Been lurking on this site for a while before signing up trying to learn as much as possible.

I'm 33 (almost 34) didn't discover lifting until my late 20's. 5'11, twig status most of my life, 145-150lbs. Currently at 169lbs, and mid to upper teens BF and coming down. Train 6 days a week, diet is on point (not perfect but clean and scheduled).

Possibly looking into running a beginners cycle very late in the year or even next year. Right now just trying to absorb as much info as possible, get down to at least 10% BF and really nail down my training before taking any further steps. Not looking to compete or anything, just looking to put on quality size.

Thanks ahead of time

We can help you brother. The first suggestion is to do lots of cardio along with a solid lifting program. I can tell you right now the problem is diet and training. Get bf% down to 15-16% before you start a cycle.

Thanks Big Paul, steady dieting down. Right now I'm 159 straight out of bed 166 at night. On track to be in the mid 150's late November which is right around the time I'm thinking about running the cycle.
