190lb, bulking to 210lb without significant bf increase. 6' ~14% bf
I have been training for 8 years now, 6 seriously. Not trying to get huge, but definitely improve strength, recovery, productivity, and quality of life.
I've played college tennis at a competitive level.
I've made my own training split (not related to tennis) which is 3 days on, 1 off, 3 on, 1 off. If anybody is interested I'll post it. I've tried to make it as full body as possible but I know there must be some way to improve as with all things
