Another Pharmacom log! All the way from Canada eh

Log of my food today. This is a typical sort of day for me. I need more real food and less protein shakes though.

Your falling short in calories and protein. What are your daily goals? Personally I wouldn't go less than 3k cals, and I never hit less than 300G protein. Agreed real food vs protein is key, however timing is crucial, and a shake after your workout is the key to success. Bump those eggs up, I do 12 a day, its cheap and efficient.

I completely agree. I was just looking at it yesterday and my average calories in the past month has been arond 2300 which just isn't enough for someone physically active whos also on PEDs. I don't really want to move up a weight class but I think I will. I will adjust to 3000cals and aim for 250g of protein a day. Thankyou for your thoughts.

Keep track of your fats, they're absolutely essential and play a bigger role in caloric count. You're on the right track, jusy start analysing your intake more. Carbs will be your breaking point for weight gain, less carbs and higher protein especially on AAS will get you your goals. Figure out your metabolic base rate and adjust your calories from there. I learned a lot prior to starting and have had phenomenal results.

Yeah thts a good point. I'll start a full macro breakdown. I don't see myself getting much healthy fat at the moment.

That's what I've been trying to do , but the more I discipline my self to proper eating it has been getting easier. You already have great discipline in your life with fight training so that should transfer over to eating.

Yeah it certainly does get easier with practice. My wifes parents wanted to take us out for a free dinner and for the first time ever, i was like 'hmm nah id rather just go home and that way i will know what im eating'. Not trying to be anti social but just knew I would have junk food if we went out. I've basically completely beaten my sugar cravings. The less I have it the less I want it. I'm one of those people that puts way too much pressure on myself though so I always end up dissapointed no matter how well I do. Guess I gotta find the balance.

Week 2 done!

Still not much to report. Getting wicked pumps from the dbol. I take my dbol pre workout with my creatine and I look like a freakin tank in the gym. And then back to normal a few hours later :( I feel like I'm recovering a lot better between sets and I'm able to bust out way more reps than before, so I'm sure the dbol and creatine are helping me there.
The proviron (mission) seems to be working. I feel like I'm in a constant state of ready to bang. I think my third pcom package is seized as it still hasn't arrived. I'm excited to see if anything changes when I start taking the pcmon proviron instead of the mission stuff and I really want to get off the dbol and move to the tbol. My deadlifts is going up quicker than ever, my triceps are hard and my traps are bigger than two weeks of normal lifting would generally allow. I feel in a good mood but no massive gains anywhere else. I think the coming week will prove to be telling. I have gained 7lbs of sexy canadian muscle (and water weight).

Here's a sample day of food for me:

Breakfast: Oats and a double protein Shake
Lunch: Roast beef, potatoes and brocolli + fibre bar
Mid afternoon: Lentils and chicken with wholewheat bread
Dinner: Chicken breast, rice, massive plate of veggies
Dessert: Mixed berries, blueberries
Before bed: Half a PB+J sandwich and a double protein shake.

I'm getting about 2200-2400 cals a day, just barely over maintenance. Getting about 150g of protein a day. I still want more food and less protein shakes though. I'll be doing a massive shop on pay day, stocking up on chicken and veggies and steak.

Maintenance for me is 3k off cycle, my metabolism is my enem . My job makes me run 3 times a week too, so I stack up on meals. General rule of thumb is 30 grams of protein pre workout with 20 grams of carbs (60 minutes prior.) It gives me that boost needed to power through the last sets. I'm sorry to hear you had some bad vials, that's a bummer for sure. I've been lucky and had no issues as of yet.

I do the same thing all the time. If I can't log it I just don't eat it. The dieting is the hardest thing for me to do. I try to get my full 3750 but if I can at least get close im pretty happy as long as my macros are balanced well.

No it doesn't scare me at all. Pharmacom always reship for free. They genuinely take care of their customers.
But will I stick with them in the long term? Probably not. If i try canadian domestic and its just underdosed shit, then I will go back to pharmacom and just stick with them for life because they're easily the most tested brand out there and has the best customer service in my opinion. If I try canadian domestic and its as potent as the rest, then I will stick with domestic. We'll see what happens.
I do like knowing that if I have any trouble Pcom will sort me out. I don't know if Pareto or Mission are as trustworthy, although I have no reason to believe otherwise at this point.
How do I get in touch with Darius for pharmacom gear, just really concerned going with online sources. Last thing I want to do is toss money. Need legit source.

First you should probably introduce yourself in the new members section . Next study the underground section everything you need to know is there for you to contact people and study the ugls. Finally this is a cycle log these are here for harm reduction and to help our brothers out. Do those first two things and everything will work out, otherwise posts like this won't go over well especially if you don't put in the work to study. The people here do care but you have to do your part as well.

Dealing with AAS in general is sketchy, it's not a legal supplement. You'll have to self educate and watch other members. I know I researched for a good year prior to even purchasing anything. Learn about the effects on your body for the compound you want to take, know what you need for on cycle support or you're lipid profiles are going to be ridiculous. Now back to the original thread, I'm sorry for hijacking.

Its all good. So I'm finally starting to see the results I wanted. My strength has gone up and my shoulders and arms and chest are thickening up. Woohoo. I'm going to have to drop the tbol though, I'm getting high BP.

I keep track of my breakdown. I'm going weight at 281 grams of protein, 375 carbs and 125 fat with 3750 calories. Do you think I should do more protein and less carbs. I'm trying to maximize my cycle im getting better at my dieting but I know it's not perfect.

That's what I call some good eating. I really need to do this every week myself, very impressive.

Bump your protein to 350, carbs down to 250, let the tren work it's magic. As far as fats that looks about right, every third day I tend to switch between fats and carbs, sometimes going up to 300 carbs and only 100 fats. Make sure your sources of fats are good ones, my go to is cashews and almonds. It tends to gey pricy but it gets the job done.

I'm back on tbol, taking only 20mg per day instead of 30 or 40 to try and avoid the BP issues but still make use of it somehow. So its probably having a very mild effect, but I'm not bloating at all so I'm happy. My triceps are so thick and full now, I have responded very well to this mild cycle.

One crumbed and one coated in flour + salt. I ate em both.

Thanks I'll try this seems like a good idea. However my cycle is test E and npp. I plan on using tren but not till next year.

That is a good looking puppy

Ugh lost strength for the first time this cycle. I've upped my calories to 2800 so I should be gaining strength easily. I had one day where I was around 2000 calories but that shouldn't ruin a whole weeks worth of work. Very discouraging. Maybe I should up my test.
