anti-aging biohack HGH peptides.. fatty liver, high iron.

looking for some bio hack peptides along with potential low dose HGH 1iu perhaps even 0.5iu and work up from that.

so here is the wrench, hemachromatosis (high stored iron genetic), didn't seen liver enzymes but prob have some liver issues due to having eczema cir oasis on the scalp and common for this disease. which eventually can fuck not only ur liver ur heart and give you diabetes. my father has diabetes and so did his mom and he also has high iron. can also lead to low T low, hgh in some cases. I suspect some out of whack hormones and appt coming up will request a full work up, prob high cortisol 100% of my fat is belly wi hard little distended in the section under my ribs. skinny arms and legs. mid 30s. I had lost all my hair on my body for 6 months or so but came back. also have had chronic insomnia since a child, now fatigue is becoming a bit much(avoided covid thus far as far as I know, and was before panda aswell) and can feel adrenals dump so I finally wake up and leads to anxiety, racing thoughts so cant sleep. moderate work outs do little for sleep, unless hiked all day in the sun not much will make me sleep, and can barely keep eyes open at work for 12 hrs keep caffeine to min and zero past noon and still won't be able to sleep or often if can fall asleep wake up 1 hr in. (prob have apnea). heard disp peptide can help, but want to hear what folks say.

anyhoo, would like to find peptides perhaps secretalogs for hgh vs hgh may be better for risk of diabetes? also want to avoid any peptides that may cause liver issues or increase diabetes or heart issues.

I have sourced several generic HGH domestic in the great white north, would prefer Pharma but the couple places that I've found domestic have wishy washy reviews (prob ok just people mostly complain vs post positive, or if aren't a sponsor some sites say everything is fake). and its tuff to suss out if its worth paying 3x for same product just with a shiny label and or marketing vs straight china that tests 2% less pure, as could just be time for shipping storage. or if 80% of "black tops from provider qsc opti Syn 'domestic' etc are all the same anyway. ie imagine less than handful of actual manufactures of hgh in china that all the generics use that may or may not be bottled more carefully. Ukrainian cant help but be cheap, hard time not trying to get the best for the least..and seems like at least genotropin is faked and seems like what is found in Canada for Pharma hgh, and haven't heard how much success folks have importing from some of the sponsors here of saixen humitrope etc.

and for peptides most need to be stored properly in fridge but who knows which suppliers actually take care of there peptides and again is it worth paying 3-4X amount for peptides that come from china anyway and are just repacked. although I get that more testing the better and never know if QSC for example used a Dif manufacturer/bad batch. but again every UGL uses Chinese stuff, although perhaps some actually do more testing and reject poor quality. anyway getting off topic here. then see folks say canadapeptides is awesome but cant seem to find them just canadapeptide or peptides Canada etc etc.

anyhoo, if have any suggestions on what to try and also what def not to try. prob dont want anything super stimulating either. I prob should try some peracitam (nootropic) as really found that to be a something to clear fatigue. forgot why I stopped taking it, perhaps headaches or ran out or read it could be bad long term.

should I not bother with hgh? are mk677 type secretaloges prob going to cause more harm long term than good? SOO much varied info and tuff to know if half of it is just because of poor quality peptides or dose or personal reactions.

any peptides u may recommend. I took notes from a dr podcast (not hubermin think he like ipormerlin iirc from 2 bears pod) so forgive misspellings of list peptides which I assume are most tested/work and safer. again not looking for gains or anything just health longevity and loose some belly fat would be a bonus but understand most things that work really well prob not great for u or ur liver.

I have been taking NAD quercetin greens, and really curious about IM NAD. BUT friggin if take high dose B vitamins even in the AM its likely I will not be able to sleep that night lol. and NAD turns into B vitamin from my understadning.
I have tried melatonin when I was young it worked awesome 8 hrs from when I ate it I would wake up refreshed, wether waited 1 or 3 hrs to fall asleep. but since then just gives me nightmares. I have had alot of stress past 5 or so years ladies dad had brain cancer, my half sister died, then my sister died during the pand I, and ladies grandma my grandma and my dad was hospitalized aswell, so prob doesn't help things. nothing I dwell on just imagine doesn't help as problems started long before that.

thank you for your patience I am smart I promise (scientist) just add dyslexic chronic fatigue, I often spew nonsense. so if need clarity just ask, dont need unhelpful BS how I a dumb newbie etc. and hope didn't sound whinny, far from it, have it pretty good, need to make some better choices and maybe some biohacking and get this iron under control finally and imagine will be much better. I've heard alot of people feel so much better after getting proper treatment for hemachromatosis and getting on it early enough before massive damage. so dumb clinically they say to start treatment at levels of 300 several drs have noted it much higher than that but just shrug if I asked what we should do(oh people have it much much higher no worries) wait until u have symptoms to do anything I guess is there idea, dumb, but having fam in medical fields know u have to do stuff yourself. far to many people trust Drs to know everything and do everything they can for u automatically. anyway off topic end rant

Have you run a blood test for your hormone levels? Definitely get you sleep apnea checked out, it could be a root cause for many symptoms. Are you taking melatonin for sleep? Helps me a lot.

HGH: wouldn’t bother with Chinese crap or peptides if you can afford real Pharma GH. 0.5 or 1iu is a good starting point but prolly to low for someone over 25-30. 1.5-2iu might be ideal but again, run some blood panels.
 
ya apnea is on the list, need to loose some weight to help that would be "best". prob is a big part, cause man like ive stayed up 24 hrs working on rigs weeks on end night shift 12 hr drives than work 12 hrs etc. but the fatigue these days when I wake up takes 3-4 hrs to shake until adrenals kick on and not the "power through" type, like cant keep eyes open or head up even if got 7+ hrs of sleep. part of it prob apnea part sleep inertia. then by the evening energy kicks in and im full of piss and vinegar after 8pm. sometimes get sleepy after dinner but after that its go time lol.. dont drink enough water, rarely thirsty. but diabetes does run in my fam..

unfortunate pharma grade isn't really available here. ones that are just happen to be the most faked Pharma's lol.

I got the whole stack of top quality multi wi nutraceutical(that need 3 of for a dose), quality greens powder and fermented seed protein wi everything enzymes probiotics probiotics carrots beets kale reservatrol etc (no not that Vega stuff)

thankfully maybe NAC helping my liver, she said my liver is "normal" so thats good. only 1 thing tested though forget what they checked was ferritin and something for liver. at any rate glad thats a not an issue!!

Didn't read this long ass post but based on your supplements it looks like you're probably smart enough to figure most things out.

You can donate blood for your high iron levels or you can supplement Glycine. Bonus, Glycine also helps with the liver and you don't need NAC since your body has enough Cysteine and the goal is glutathione which Glycine will do using the cysteine already found in your body.

If you need to lose weight Semaglutide is the way.

You can also check out DNP which in low doses is a miracle drug.
